I arrived pretty late (approximately 10:20 pm) after a long drive and when I got into the parking lot I saw all the lights off and only two cars parked. After I approached the front door I saw a note on it that said "The hotel is closed for renovations."
But that didn't stop the hotel to confirm my reservation through the Booking app and take my money three days prior to my arriving. I called the hotel owner and she said she can't do anything about it and advised me to call Booking call center.
It's been almost a week and I haven't got my money back yet.
It was clean and comfortable, towels smells great! Free parking, and the receptionist waited for us to check in after midnight.
Wifi didn't work.
The room was big and really clean, the bed was confortable.
I stayed in the new rooms, so everything was nice and clean.
TV, heating, everything.
There is no breakfast option with the restaurant door to door. The restaurant is very expensive even more for Timisoara.

Slippers were missing since floor was very cold, room service as well (it doesn’t exist), the stuff on the reception is always absent, no one knows to communicate on English. Bath tube wasn’t safe- glass door aren’t working, window is not working as well. Rooms are not sound proof, and that’s a big problem, you can hear everyone around you, wifi is poor.
Nice hotel with big parking the room was simple, enough for two persons. Has restaurant downstairs. The toilet is good and clean.
Maybe two pairs of slippers and someone available at the reception all the time since tourists don't have Romanian number and can't dial the one that is left there.
