Good location close to city centre and good price

Good location, good price, Terrace good for our big group 14 people.

Cons:

The receptionist was not friendly. This is my second time staying here, but this year, there was no staff available in the hotel after 3 PM. They sent us a message with the entrance code only an hour before we arrived, which was completely unexpected. Furthermore, we stood in front of the hotel and rang the doorbell, but there was no answer. I had to double-check my booking just to find the message with the entrance code. This was a very unsatisfactory experience; they should have informed us one or two days in advance. Additionally, if you have a problem, the only way to contact them is through WhatsApp. We messaged them about an issue with the air conditioning, but they were slow to respond and ultimately could not help us.
