Hotel frumos, renovat (sau in curs de), pret cam mare avand in vedere SPA-ul care nu e SPA.
Pros:

Am primit camere renovate, mic dejun bun si cina gustoasa, locatie buna in Tusnad.

Cons:

Camerele nu aveau AC - sper ca au in plan sa adauge aceasta facilitate odata cu renovarea, pentru ca vara, chiar daca e in zona de munte, e foarte cald in unele camere.
De asemenea, SPA-ul nu e SPA - e doar un bazin mic cu apa termala de culoare maro ( sau ce fel de apa este), care nu e potrivita pentru mersul cu copiii, pentru ca si mirosul din incapere nu e suportabil.

Camerele maricele, renovate(mai puțin balconul) .
Saună, masaj și piese de table și rummy gratis.

Cons:

fără aer condiționat și fără plase pentru insecte la balcon.
Mic dejun destul de sărac, nu ai un pahar de suc doar apa plata și minerală.
Zona bazinului cu apa este veche și nereparata.

Pros:

Locația este ok. Lacul Ciucași este în paragină. Micul dejun și cina au fost ok, personalul ok.

Cons:

Zona de spa este degradată, nemodernizată. Lipsește un bazin cu apă " curată" pentru copii. Izolația fonică lipsește sau este slabă.

Pros:

Lakosztályban voltunk, ami kiváló volt! Tiszta fürdő, ami elég fontos! Kényelmes franciaágy! Friss levegő éjszaka!
Az erkély egy bezárt hotelre nézett , ami nem is volt baj a főút és a hotel bárjának utcai kiülő hangzavara miatt (barátaink szobája főútra nézett, hajnal 1ig hangoskodtak a vendégek?!)

Cons:

Klíma nincsen!
A kanapé a gyermekünknek nem volt beágyazva. Kihúzva igencsak szennyezett volt az egyik oldala(vizeletfoltos?)(matracvédő hiánya )A szekrényben volt minden , megágyaztam én.
A liftbe beszoroltunk többször is. Másik emeletre kellett menni, hogy kinyíljon az ajtó.
Fiatalok csak mi voltunk. Nem a fürdője miatt mentünk , mi kirándultunk.
A reggelinél az idősek mint a sáskák vittek mindent egyszerre. Kicsit bosszantó volt , hogy az ételek visszatöltése lassan ment, kicsi adagokban. Maradt a sima kenyér, lekvárral és vajjal. Csak szódavíz van, semmi juice. Kicsit több gyümölcs sem ártana az elbarnult almagerezdek helyett. Vacsoránál 2 leves, 2 főétel. Desszert első este nem volt, második nap nagy nehezen a sáskák elől sikerült elvenni 6 kocka süteményt. (6an voltunk).
A bár kiülő a főbejárat mellett található, ami az épület ki-be közlekedésnél a dohányszaggal együtt igazi kocsmai hangolatot kelt.

A fost ok pentru o noapte de cazare.
Pros:

Mancarea excelenta, foarte gustoasa, mic dejun si cina bufet suedez, privelistea excelenta si aerul curat.

Cons:

Piscina nu e tocmai ok, prea intunecata si deprimanta, ar fi loc de renovare...tencuiala scorojita pe balcon.

szuper hely, jól felszerelt, bár kissé borsos az ára.

Cons:

Zajos a főút. Egyik este óriási hanggal üzemelt a bejárat melletti bár.Közel éjjel egy óráig annyira üvöltött a zene, hogy be kellet az erkély ajtót is csuknom.
