Minunat. Ceea ce ne-am dorit si aveam nevoie.
Pros:

Locatie excelenta. Hotel de lux pana la cele mai mici amanunte. Personal atent la nevoile clientilor, bine pregatit, discret. Tot ceea ce presupune decoratiuni interioare: bun gust si calitate.

Cons:

Ca o gluma: "prea cald".

Ne-am incarcat bateriile, pentru un nou inceput de săptămână.
Pros:

Locatia excelentă. Camerele sunt cu bun gust mobilate. Patul este mare😉. Baia are incalzirea de pardoseala. Caldura a fost peste așteptările noastre, cald bineeeeeee, sunt o friguroasa si am dormit ca un bebeluș. Pentru Zona de spa am facut programare, ceea ce a fost un punct forte, pentru ca nu ne-a deranjat nimeni.

Cons:

Nu este chiar un minus, dar in zona de spa, daca se pune muzica in surdina ar fi tare frumos.

Pai am fost nevoit să plec deoarece la recepție nu a fost nimeni am așteptat cu copil de 6 ani ,după 10 minute ammplecat și mnam cazat la alt hotel ,vai de mine ,Minerva se. Numește ,am căzut din lac în puț!

Conditii ok dar nu memorabile.
Pros:

Cladire bine amplasata, in apropierea centrului vechi (statuie Hercules), langa izvoare termale, izvoare cu apa potabila.
Liniste, camere mici dar mobilate frumos, pat confortabil.
Parcare privata, mare.
Mic dejun ok, restaurant bun.

Cons:

Curatenia din camere putin neglijata in detalii.
Baia extrem de micuta, fara geam. Apa fierbinte doar seara.
Caldura in camera data prin sistemul de ventilatie centralizat nu urca mai sus de 22grade. In absenta caloriferelor, nu ai unde sa usuci costume de baie, prosoape, halate.
Personalul cam indiferent. In seara in care a fost prezenta o doamna, probabil sefa, lucrurile s-au miscat bine. In seara in care a fost doar un baiat la receptie, desi am anuntat din timp ca vrem sa folosim jacuzzi si sauna, acestea nu au fost incalzite in prealabil, au fost deschise la intrarea noastra, deci am avut de asteptat.
Pretul camerei si numarul de stele nu reflecta calitatea ci doar diferenta fata de situatia mult mai precara din alte unitati de cazare.
