Hotel foarte bun, raport calitate/pret excelent.
Pros:

Hotelul este bine amplasat, foarte curat, personalul profesionist, raport calitate pret foarte bun. In zona este si un loc cu bazine cu ape termale chiar pe malul Cernei linga piata Hercule, foarte bine ingrijit de niste tineri voluntari.

Cons:

Statiunea este foarte prost administrata, pare ca nu are primar, multe cladiri in paragina, spatiile verzi neingrijite, multa mizerie prin imprejurimi,pacat de incompetenta autoritatilor locale din ultimii 30 de ani.

Foarte bine și liniștit
Pros:

Mic dejun simplu, dar gustos. Arhitectura clădirii impresionantă. Foarte multă liniște.

Cons:

Apa caldă la baie vine destul de greu. Nu am vizitat spa ul hotelului pentru că apa era încălzită. Am preferat un bazin cu apă naturală termală pe care l am găsit la Venera, în apropiere.

Nu asa cum descriu pozele si recenziile hotelul
Pros:

A fost ok cazarea...am stat doar o noapte asa ca nu imi pot face o părere exactă!
A lasat de dorit servirea la restaurant, timp de așteptare extrem de mare si mancarea nu a fost pe gustul nostru!

Cons:

La micul dejun vesela era foarte uzata iar fructele erau vechi, unele chiar stricate, nici nu stiu de ce le au mai lasat acolo...
Pot spune ca nu o sa mai aleg vreodată acest hotel și restaurant daca mai mergem la Herculane

Great stay in Herculane
Pros:

This is a wonderful historical hotel right in the heart of Băile Herculane. The restoration has brought back its old charm, while providing modern equipment for the customers. It is situated on the Cerna river bank, with a beautiful terrace looking across the Imperial Baths, where a rich breakfast can be taken. There is a small spa in the basement.

Cons:

The spa could be larger.

Mi a plăcut totul, hotelul e bine amplasat, camerele mari și confortabile, restaurantul are o mâncare excelentă, prețuri accesibile, personalul foarte amabil,’micul dejun excelent și cafeaua foarte bună.
