No organisation and careless
Cons:

Apparently when booking an room through booking.com they don't receive the booking itself and when arrived there at the hotel not only that was midnight and we were extremely tired ,got an answer that they are not aware of the booking even though when i sent the arrival time i had back an answer with the confirmation. So.. at that time midnight the option we had was to sleep in our car just because all other hotels to go straight was extremely expensive and just because they didn't care to check the bookings. Anyways.. this is Romanian typically behaviour when probably didn't liked the price was the room rented for. No remorse at all at least to remove themselves from booking.com and not leaving people without an bed to sleep.

Værelset var meget rent. Super placering i midtbyen. Den tilhørende restaurant var topklasse.

Sengen var en skum madras der ikke var tilstrækkelig komfortabel.

Disappointed
Pros:

The staff was great, very helpful. Big, free car park, location is god
We booked two rooms both was the same condition bathroom was extremely dirty and disgusting

Cons:

The bathroom was so dirty, disgusting. The hygiene is terrible. The walls in the room are cracked
During the night was so noisy some people was shouting in the corridors waking up every one
