Cons:

Per ansamblu nimic pentru un hotel cotat la 4****, in primul rand atunci când am făcut rezervarea, am rezervat camera cu vedere la mare și piscina, când am ajuns la recepție mi s-a spus că hotelul este plin și că nu au ce să facă și a trebuit să mă mulțumesc cu o cameră oarecare.
In doilea rând, parcarea, a trebuit să mă descurc căci mi s-a spus că trebuie să parchez pe strada, cu alte cuvinte să mă descurc.
In al treilea rând în ceea ce privește serviciile oferite, la micul dejun, cei care se ocupat cu debarasarea îți luau farfuriile din fata in condițiile in care aveai un copil la masa, nici nu te întrebau dacă mai servești, ce să mai vorbim despre regulile utilizate în acest sens.
In al patrulea rând serviciile de curățenie la un hotel de 4****, odorizant de wc, doar la sosire, nu se schimbă lenjeria decât la câteva zile, curățenia se efectuează cu matura in camere, ce să mai vorbim despre aspiratoare....
Pe balcon nici nu se efectuează curățenia decât la plecare.
Personalul destul de anost, salutul era o tehnica străină, ce să mai vorbim de zambet amabil și prietenos.
Doamna de la curățenie deși eram inca în timpul optim până să predau camera, mă "păzea" cu tomberoanele la ușă că și când:" hai nu mai plecați odată"?..., oribila senzație.
Clar nu voi mai reveni și nici nu voi recomanda această locație.
Ar fi interesant sa se știe cine face cotarea locațiilor și care sunt criteriile.

Pros:

The pool was amazing great location
I would say it's definitely not a 4 star there was no kettle tea making facilities in the room or water
Nobody spoke English which I get were in Romania but even the reception struggled to understand us

O piscină panoramică
Pros:

Poziția lângă plajă și piscina panoramică destul de mare și cu apă foarte curată.
Serviciile foarte bune.

Perfect location if you are looking to relax, good conditions
Pros:

Food was good, staff were nice, when we were there the elevator was partialy working and we were at the 4th floor but we enjoyed the walk.
Hotel is on the beach near a laguna so in terms of the sea side you have plenty of choices either open sea or laguna plus the pool, though in tipical romanian style people were waking up at 6 am to reserve a seat, so good luck in terms of going to the pool fighting over a seat with a romanian "bunica".

Cons:

Quite hard to find parking, hotel has a private lot , though it's full all the time. There is public parking but that is a lottery.
