They cancel my reservation without my knowledge and gave it to others.
This hotel sent me confirmation and then sent a message AFTER the non refundable period to tell me they were sold out and refused to cancel the booking. This is being resolved directly with Booking, but I want to warn others about the dishonest practices of this establishment.
The property was very very clean and offered everything you need (fridge, hot water…). It’s located close to the Center. All in all it’s a very good value for the money and I had a good stay.
The house is very noisy, especially because of a always open window on top of the door so you can hear everything. The staff and their child were like talking loud/ screaming through the house very early which made me wake up multiple times and I wasn’t able to continue sleeping…
The host's friendliness and helpfulness were the icing on the cake. Renting a scooter from the hotel made my transportation needs incredibly convenient, especially for commuting to work.

It's quiet and clean. The owner is also very friendly. Although his English is not very good, I also had a motorcycle so I was able to use it.
However, there were no other facilities and we could only sleep.

Finding the homestay was a bit complicated as it is not on Google maps and also the booking adress doesn't show the exact location (only the right street). But search for Jerry House on Google maps and you will find this Homestay right next to it.
