O experiență minunată șa Hotel TTS Covasna!
Totul a fost exceptional și ne-am simțit minunat! Hotelul este amplasat intr-un loc superb, liniștit și înconjurat de o priveliște splendidă, perfect pentru cateva zile de relaxare. Micul dejun a fost foarte diversficat și gustos, iar personalul ne-a impresionat prin amabilitate, atenție și disponibilitate. Un punct aparte al șederii noastre a fost Vasile, cățelul hotelului, care a devenit rapid preferatul lui Luca. Atât de îndragit și prietenos, încât cu greu s-a despărțit de el!
Felicitări întregii echipe TTS Covasna pentru ospitalitate și pentru atmosfera minunată! Cu siguranță vom reveni cu drag și vom recomanda acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc o vacanță frumoasă și liniștită!
Locația este plăcută , camera a fost mare , cu balcon .
Nu mi-au plăcut prosoapele si halatele care erau curate probabil , dar rufăite , zdrențuite și vechi.
Ușile, perdeaua relativ murdare .
In zona de spa , nu erau prosoape , piscina mică iar cada de hidromasaj murdară.
Restaurantul era curat dar mâncarea nu a fost pe gustul nostru.
Păcat de cele 4 stele.
Trebuie făcut un upgrade.
Personal amabil si curatenie
Saltele de pe pat, au fost cam moi
Personalul,camera,restaurantul,zona SPA.
Nu a fost nimic neplăcut.
Meniu diversificat și de calitate
Nu a funcționat telecomanda de la aerul condiționat, dar ținând cont de temperatura optimă de afară , nu a fost necesar să utilizăm AC-ul

Nu a fost ceva sa nu ne placa.

De îmbunătățit calitatea lenjeriile și a prosoapelor
Personalul foarte amabil si competent, facilitatile de wellness si spa, mancarea foarte buna si mai ales micul dejun foarte complet si cu produse de cea mai buna calitate, spatiile generoase, parcarea cu statie de incarcare pentru masini electrice.

Everything, starting with early check-in, then restaurant was very good, menu was very good for kids and for adults, breakfast was amazing. The location is fantastic, you can listen to wind and all birds. And the air there is refreshing. Room was clean, staff was very kind. We would come back for sure.
Unfortunately the property needs renovation, to be at the level of 4*
