Totul a fost minunat , ne-a placut f mult apartamentul si terasa spatioasa !

Locatia este intr-o zona linistita, aproape de padure.

Cons:

Ar fi super daca s-ar face mai multe la centrul spa , un jacuzzi, o piscina mai mare .

Pros:

Locatia in care este amplasat hotelul. Micul dejun bună si variat. Piscina curata.

Cons:

Mizerie in camera. Nu fusese facut curat/ aspirat deloc. Pe fotolii firimituri etc Cada din baie cu fire de par si alte mizerii . Frigiderul murdar, nespălat. Trebuia sa faci eforturi sa inchizi usa.

Preț de 4–5 stele, servicii mult sub așteptări

Am ales acest hotel având în vedere clasificarea și tariful practicat, comparabil cu un hotel de 4–5 stele. Din păcate, experiența nu a fost la nivelul așteptărilor.

Camera este într-adevăr spațioasă, însă prezintă mai multe probleme: un geam cu perdea rulantă din hârtie defectă, miros neplăcut persistent și un pahar murdar la sosire. Sunt detalii care afectează semnificativ confortul și impresia generală.

Restaurantul are mai degrabă aspect de cantină, iar mâncarea nu a fost la standardele unui hotel de 4 stele – preparate care par congelate și ulterior decongelate. La micul dejun, atât eu cât și colegul meu am fost nevoiți să plecăm din cauza unui miros puternic (asemănător cu mirosul de medicamente sau alt miros neplăcut persistent). Cafeaua a fost, de asemenea, de calitate slabă.

Consider că, la nivelul de preț practicat, sunt necesare îmbunătățiri serioase în ceea ce privește curățenia, calitatea alimentelor și atmosfera restaurantului.
