Hotelul este curățel și potrivit pentru o noapte de tranzit prin Bârlad. Camerele sunt acceptabile pentru un sejur scurt. Personalul este amabil și binevoitor, dispus să ajute atunci când este nevoie.
Per ansamblu, hotelul este destul de mediocru și ar avea nevoie de îmbunătățiri. Lenjeria și saltelele sunt uzate. Am avut două camere și în ambele exista câte un pat pliant de o persoană, lăsat în cameră, care arăta neîngrijit și dădea un aspect neplăcut întregului spațiu. De asemenea, personalul, deși amabil, se adresează oaspeților la persoana I, ceea ce poate părea lipsit de profesionalism.
Хороший отель , для того чтобы переночевать одну - две ночи . В номере было чисто , есть парковка для авто , везде камеры что является плюсом
Были проблемы с WI-FI , плохо работал, иногда просто отключался .В номере хоть и было чисто , но было бы неплохо постирать занавески. Не знаю как объяснить , было чисто , но чувствовалась в воздухе пыль. Это даже не минус , а просто небольшой недочёт
