Awful, never again, beware of their policies

Beware of their policies, I signaled them that the room TV had a broken image (turned off nothing appeared unusual) and they asked me to pay for that damage, even if that issue was already there.

Totul la superlativ! Locația e superbă, mâncarea foarte bună, iar personalul foarte amabil și atent la detalii.
Mi-am petrecut ziua de naștere aici și m-am simțit foarte bine!

Apa din piscină aș fi vrut să fie mai caldă, nu am putut să stăm foarte mult în piscină din această cauză.

O locație în care calitatea, condițiile și profesionalismul echipei sunt la un nivel ridicat.
Pros:

Un hotel în care revenim cu plăcere, încredere și în care de fiecare dată ne simțim extraordinar. Locația este departe de aglomerația si agitația stațiunilor de pe Valea Prahovei. În plus recent s-a deschis noul spațiu de spa-piscină iar condițiile sunt foarte bune.

Mancarea. Pe lângă faptul că e f scumpa, nu e ok. Înțeleg că meniul să fie limitat, chiar și la prețuri mai ridicate, dar trebuie să fie pe măsura. Din punctul meu de vedere, raportul calitate preț trebuie îmbunătățit. Păcat de locație...
