Vila Cristal, extraordinar
Pros:

A fost totul OK.
Anunţasem că întârzii o zi. Proprietatea a anulat rezervarea, probabil, socotind că nu mai venim, ca să ne putem lua banii înapoi, deşi nu mai aveam dreptul la restituirea banilor de pe rezervare. Termenul trecuse de două zile.
Când ne-am prezentat, seara, la cazare, surpriza a fost de ambele părţi. :)
Am fost cazaţi, totuşi, fără nicio problemă, Vila Cristal asumându-şi, poate, riscul neplăţii. Acest lucru l-am apreciat în mod deosebit. Încrederea că se va rezolva totul amiabil şi avantajos pentru ambele părţi.

Great views, really chilled atmosphere, a winter wonderland.
Pros:

Our only issue was we ordered a twin room and they gave us a double room. However, after a bit of persuasion they gave us a double room. Other than that it was a magical winter wonderland.
