Clean and cheap. Good enough but nothing special.
Pros:

The hotel is a short walk from the 442 bus stop which goes towards Bucharest Town and if you use the bridge to cross the main road you can get the 442 to Therme and also to the airport. McDonald's and Lidl are short walk away and there is also a Domino's about 10 minute walk down the road. We were travelling with an 11 month old baby. The pavements in the area are not the best kept and we would have struggled with a pram (especially crossing the main road) however we were travelling with a baby carrier so this was ok for us.
The reception staff were helpful and friendly enough. The room was what we expected for the low price however there was some disrepair. The carpet was ripped, some staining on the chair and the shower was not able to be used on full power due to the style of tap being fitted too close to the wall. There was a kettle and a mini fridge available. We were provided with a cot for our baby as requested however as our baby is active and can stand up, the style of cot was not safe. The side folded down but did not lock in place. We turned the cot around so this side was against the wall and it was ok for her to sleep in. Unfortunately after checking out our flight was cancelled due to heavy snow so we returned to this hotel for an extra night. On this night the room had a much safer baby cot. There was breakfast available in the hotel however we did not have this. There is a vending machine in reception with drinks, crisps and chocolate.

Cons:

The room needed some repairs and the baby cot was not safe.
