Bathroom door wrongly installed, cannot open
Shower cabinet without shower hose
The rooms-extremely cozy and clean, superb location, free parking right in front of the hotel, nice elevator, furniture new and very elegant and cozy overall. Bed extremely comfortable, sheets and towels super clean. Good mini fridge and an electric kettle for water but no tea or coffee to use it with it. No balcony. Very nice outside terrace to enjoy a drink or a coffee. Nice music, nice ambient.
The disliked thing was the breakfast - initially was a buffet -very diverse, good food-but they didn't refill it as it should be: we were coming after a large group, within time, and we couldn't find almost nothing to eat. We had to ask the staff quite inssistently to bring us some food and finally they did. And on the next day, because we were too few clients, they switched the buffet for a la carte menu unannounced. We really were unpleasantly surprised by this and disappointed. Pitty, for the rooms were very nice.

A large hotel in the heart of a small town. Kind and helpful staff. The room was big and clean. Beautiful view from the room. Decent and tasty breakfast. Located right next to a commercial center and a large supermarket. Great value for a decent price

The room has enough space, it was cleaned.
For one night, it was good enough. But if we would spend more days, then there are few things that the hotel could improve like the quality of connection for tv.

Cleanliness, nice and kind stuff, good breakfast, close to hipermarket, close to the city center
Lack of parking, lack of smoking area in the hotel or outside. The hotel has a terrace but we couldn't go there to smoke because of an organized party in the restaurant near the reception desk.
