Samo spavanje poput jednog običnog motela a ne hotela sa četiri zvjezdice
Pros:

Lokacija hotela je blizu centra Rume i ima obezbjeđen parking. Objekat je nove gradnje, što je veliki plus.

Cons:

Doručak je bio organizovan u neko nemoguće vrijeme. Za jedan hotel koji se ima toliko zvjezdica očekivao sam veću gostoprimivost. Doručak je prestao da se služi u 9, što je prerano. Radnica na recepciji je bila neljubazna i nismo se osjećali dobrodošlo. Stigao sam kasno sa djetetom, jer nismo mogli preći granicu. Jedan obični provincijski hotel koji umišlja da je elitni jer nema boljeg u Rumi.

Manca poco per arrivare ad un ottimo servizio
Pros:

Prenotato una notte, di passaggio, di ritorno da un viaggio in auto sino in Georgia e Armenia. Il vantaggio di questo hotel è la posizione: vicino all’autostrada, esci e arrivi subito. Ampio il parcheggio intorno, sia internamente che esternamente l’hotel. La zona è tutta videosorvegliata, te ne accorgi alla reception. Pulizia nella norma; materasso, aria condizionata, illuminazione e frigobar molto efficienti. Gli arredi presenti sono molto recenti e moderni, come anche le parti comuni. La notte non si sentono i rumori della strada, quindi si riesce a dormire nel silenzio. In sala colazione ti viene portato un menu con 4 varianti e piccola scelta a buffet: scegli quello che preferisci, con qualità buona; sono rimasto affascinato dalla sala dove sono presenti armi risalenti alla rivoluzione contro gli ottomani e quadri raffiguranti personaggi di quel periodo. Sempre in sala colazione, un particolare ringraziamento a Nikola: per il servizio svolto e per aver accolto con pazienza e un sorriso ogni nostra richiesta, descrivendoci gli oggetti esposti alle pareti; un ambiente molto curato e davvero particolare dove si respira la storia serba, che loro sanno esporti orgogliosamente con senso d’appartenenza (come è giusto che sia).

Cons:

Piccole migliorie: in camera sarebbe gradito un bollitore elettrico per caffè o tè (soprattutto quando si arriva più tardi). Abbiamo chiesto alla reception se ci potevano fare un caffé (anche pagando), ma ci hanno risposto che il servizio non era disponibile. I bar vicini non accettavano il pagamento con carta e noi non avevamo dinari serbi in contanti, per cui niente caffè caldo. Nel bagno servirebbero degli appendini per gli asciugamani e nel box doccia una piccola mensola dove poter appoggiare i propri prodotti da bagno.

Amazing best hotel for this area
Pros:

Amazing luxurious and beautifully designed hotel. The facilities are comfortable and clean.
The bed is very comfy.
The shower is a really value.

Cons:

Breakfast is very limited, would add items and maybe soy milk.
Slippers - the floor is stone cold.
Missing tea and Coffee.
