Que me equivoqué al reservar puse dos habitaciones dobles y ya no me quisieron cancelar una y solo ocupe una y terminé pagando doble habitación

Excelente ubicación en Texcoco
Pros:

Es un hotel sencillo y bonito, muy bien ubicado en el centro de Texcoco. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Tarda mucho tiempo en salir el agua caliente con gran desperdicio del vital líquido y a media noche, se cayó la lámpara del techo, afortunadamente no nos cayó encima, pero sí nos despertó. El precio es muy elevado para lo que ofrece.

En general bien, pero se ven descuidadas las habitaciones para el precio.
Pros:

La ubicación, la atención del personal, ameno. Él ropero para colgar ropa y que nos prestaron plancha. Los colores usados en todo el edificio.

Cons:

Relación costo-calidad de las habitaciones, que son más pequeñas de lo que se ve en las fotos. Las habitaciones se ven algo viejas. La habitación olía a encerrado cuando llegamos. No hay teléfono en la habitación.

No me gustó, lo único que me funcionó fue la ubicación.

No me gustaría hacer estos comentarios, pero es que si fueron muchas cosas malas, el agua caliente tardo media hora en salir, los controles de la tv no funcionaban bien, la señal de Internet sumamente mala y lo peor es que la 2da noche, rentaron el cuarto vecino a unos jóvenes que estuvieron tomando toda la madrugada, incluso peleando, además de que no me dejaron descansar, tuve miedo porque sólo iba con mi pequeño de 5 años y en recepción nunca contestaron y jamás fueron a revisar porque había tanto escándalo. Entonces, lo siento, pero fue una muy mala experiencia.

staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean. the size of the rom was bigger than expected

Neither FAN nor AA. Too close to the Bus terminal, so it is noisy. No restaurant inside the hotel, so no breakfast (in from of the hotel the restaurant XX cover it, however no bill)
