Neću boraviti u njemu ubuduće dok se nivo usluge i smeštaja ne digne na nivo hotela sa 4 zvezdice.
Pros:

Lokacija je dobra i osoblje u restoranu je dobro. Parking je izdvojen i obezbeđen.

Cons:

Prilikom prijavljivanja na recepciji su nas upoznali da bazeni i spa kompleks ne radi. Pri čemu nisu pokušali da umanje taj nedostatak (smanjenjem cene boravka, ... popusta prilikom sledećeg boravka ... besplatnog oboka u restoranu .... ).
Takođe, na recepciji nije bilo osoblja koje bi preuzelo kofere. Odsedneš u hotelu sa 4 zvezdice platiš najskuplji smeštaj u Šabcu a onda sam nosiš kofere od kola do recepcije i sobe. Isto je bilo i prilikom odjavljivanja. Nije bilo osoblja da odnese stvari od recepcije do vozila iako sam pitao osoblje na recepciji.
Sobe su pristojene. Ali dešava se da kada koristiš dva punjača za telefon u sobi isovremeno osigurač ispada pa si onda u mraku do zore. Neznaš da li je nestanak struje ili se radi o kvaru u tvojoj sobi.
Signal za TV je nikakav potrebno je oko 20-tak minuta da se stabilizuje kako bi mogao da gledaš TV program.
Kvaka od sobe se klati, kao da će da ti ostane u ruci. Krivo stoji. Ali sam ustanovio da su sve brave za ulazak u sobe tako ugrađene - klimave i nakrive.
Sve u svemu jako jadno za hotel u toj grupaciji.
Bolje da ne bude u toj grupaciji hotela nego da srozava ostale hotele koji su na zavidnom nivou.

Cons:

Spa below expectations, pool relatively cold, no service staff. We wanted to relax in the spa center, so we chose this hotel. The price is too high for this level of offer
