Falsche Internetdarstellung. Haus ist nicht barrierefrei.
Pros:

Das Hotel stellt sich im Internet als barrierefrei dar, was aber nicht der Fall ist !!!. Dieser Punkt war für unsere Buchung (DZ € 200,-- pro Nacht – Deluxe Zi.) ausschlaggebend. Die Rezeption hat einen barrierefreien Zugang, aber um in die 1. Etage in den Restaurantbereich zu kommen, sind 22 Stufen zu überwinden. Es gibt in dem Haus keinen Aufzug. Die Bungalows sind ohne Stufen erreichbar; mit einem Caddy können Gäste chauffiert werden. In einem Haus mit den Deluxe-Zimmer 311 + 312 im EG, sind immerhin noch einige Stufen zu bewältigen. Möchte man einen schönen Ausblick aus einem Zimmer der oberen Etagen haben, so muss man Treppen steigen. Auch der Weg vom Parkplatz zu dem tiefer gelegenen Nebenhaus, wird es für gehbehinderte Gäste anstrengend. Mit einem Rollstuhl ist es nicht möglich; der Hang ist zu steil. Der Caddy Service wird nur in der Zeit von 07:00 – 20:00 Uhr angeboten. Die schönste Aussicht hat man vom Restaurantbereich und von den Dachterrassen; aber gehbehinderte Gäste bleibt dieses Highlight erspart. Gerade wenn man in der Winterzeit den Frühnebel im Tal genießen möchte, ist die Enttäuschung sehr groß; und das bei 5 Sternen, diesem Preis, verbunden mit einer völlig falschen Internetdarstellung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gäste, die das Restaurant nicht aufsuchen können, müssen ihr Frühstück im Zimmer einnehmen. Unsere Zimmer 311 + 312 waren sehr gross, hatten aber nur einen sehr schmalen kleinen Tisch. Es gab keinen Schreibtisch und auch keinen Nachttisch am Bett. Eine sehr kleine Ablagefläche neben dem Bett ist aber schon vorhanden. Das Bad war sehr gross, aber kein Druck auf der Wasserleitung und auch das Warmwasser der Dusche war recht kühl. Die Betten waren bequem. Es gab eine Minibar, die allerdings leer war.
Wir waren von Freitag bis Montag in der Unterkunft. Samstag und Sonntag gab es ein Frühstücksbuffet und an dem Montag wurde wegen fehlender Gäste kein Buffet aufgebaut. Zur Auswahl gab es 2 Gerichte.

Cons:

Auch wenn Montags kaum Gäste vor Ort waren, hätte ich mir ein besseres Frühstück gewünscht. Ranzige Butter wurde uns serviert.

Pros:

Property was built along a small slope. The architecture is nice. Room is big and clean.
WiFi works well.
Breakfast was limited variety. Restaurants and cafe are around the hotel within a short driving radius.
You can see the sunset from property and sometimes you can also see Sea of Mist in mornings.
Property also has private parking.

Cons:

Limited choices for breakfast.
