Très agréable et le personnel est souriant. Bonne expérience.
Pros:

Exceptionnel, le café Flow à côté est un vrai plus pour cet hôtel. Facile d'accès et avec de la nourriture occidentale de qualité.

Cons:

Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur pour monter ma valise, mais cela n'était en réalité pas un problème, car il n'y avait qu'un étage à monter.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au bord du Mékong !
Pros:

Hôtel vieillissant au charme colonial désuet, on adore ! Terrasse appréciable donnant sur le Mekong. Le restaurant de l’hôtel, le Flow, est très bon et c’est là que vous prendrez le petit déjeuner. La taille des chambres est remarquable, parquet en teck ciré. Le tarif est excellent. Vue directe sur la ville laotienne en face qui fêtait le nouvel an chinois, nous avons eu droit à un feu d’artifice ininterrompu de 8 heures. Oui vous avez bien lu et non je ne suis pas mythomane 😊

Cons:

Rien, si ce n’est qu’une piscine en plus avec vue sur le Mékong serait le top du top !

Comfortable hotel along the Mekong.
Pros:

This hotel seems like one of the first that was build along the street towards Chiang Saen at the Mekong. Compared to the modern places that are currently being build that appear a bit soulless, this place already looked welcoming when we arrived. The interior design of our room was amazing. A bit rustic but it had a colonial touch that made it special. Even though it looked a bit old it was perfectly clean. The balcony was also great, with views on the Mekong and towards Laos. Also, in contrast to the other hotels nearby, this one has only rooms towards the river away from the street.
The hotel also has a restaurant that appeared a bit more expensive. But it plays music in the evening that you can hear from the balcony. If you are into late 2010s soft pop, you can have a very nice evening on your own balcony with the same atmosphere as you would have in the restaurant.

Cons:

You can hear the music from the restaurant not only on the balcony but also in your room. I think it went until around 10pm. But that way you don’t hear the music from the casino on the Laos’ side of the river. Later isn’t the hotel’s fault and must be a problem with every hotel along the same street. It is not the place of you are looking for a completely quiet evening and night. At some point the music from the casino stopped and we still had a good nights sleep but one should be aware. Earplugs are your best friend.

Direkt am Fluss mit schöner Aussicht

Die Unterkunft war schön und gut gelegen. Der Balkon zum Fluss hin toll. Auch das Restaurant daneben toll. Die Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Das Personal kann nur sehr wenig englisch, das führte zu Missverständnissen. Wir hätten ein Frühstück vorbestellen müssen, wurde nicht richtig kommuniziert. Es war bis spät nachts schreckliche (elektronisches Dauerlied) Musik in der Nähe.
