Pros:

Great host, he got is a driver for the 7 lakes tour at a much better rate than anyone else. The breakfast was great, the rooms were large and there was lots of hot water in the shower. He also got is a taxi to the border when we left.

Cons:

The internet did not reliably reach out room, but I worked in the breakfast area instead.

Pros:

酒店位置很好，在蓬吉肯特算是规模比较大的酒店，房间宽敞，虽然设施略显陈旧，但整体入住舒适。

特别感谢老板的热情与周到！老板去过中国很多地方，沟通起来很亲切。我们提前通过 WhatsApp 联系，老板不仅安排司机到塔吉克斯坦入境口岸接我们到酒店，还帮忙安排了七湖往返包车，价格公道，司机驾驶技术娴熟，让我们一路安心。

从乌兹别克斯坦入境塔吉克斯坦，再游览范恩山七湖，整个行程衔接得非常顺畅。对于第一次来蓬吉肯特的旅行者来说，这里是一个很不错的落脚点，也能感受到当地人的热情与善意。

Great guesthouse in Panjakent

Centrally located and well run guesthouse. The family is very friendly and helpful and the staff keeps the place clean and tidy. Breakfast is good and laundry services are available.

Хороший отель. Хороший напор воды в душе. Чисто. Хороший завтрак. Хороший WI-FI. Отзывчивый персонал. Можно решить вопрос с поездкой на 7 Озер.
Расположение отличное. Меньше 5 минут пешком от базара и стоянки машин на границу с Узбекистаном.
Рекомендую.

A kind hearted owner
Pros:

The hotel is in the middle of bazaar, very close to everything, specially restaurants. The room was super clean. The hotel owner himself accomodated us and helped us with check in and even helped carry our luggage to the room. The owner upgraded our room for free. The owner is a very kind person and his English is very good. I enjoyed talking to him, he has a very kind heart. For those english speaking tourists, they will enjoy his company. He is an old and good man. Next time when i visit Panjakent again, i will check in same hotel, and sit with him over cup of tea and talk. The man himself put breakfast for us. God bless him.

Pros:

We loved hotel SUGD for our stay in Panjakent. The owner spoke English and helped arrange taxis to the border and then from the uzbek border to samarkand. He was very friendly and always there to help. The room was large and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and consisted of eggs, fruit, yoghurt, bread and jam.

The hotel was located only 5 mins walk from the bazaar.

Highly recommended.

Comfortable and with an owner who treats you like a houseguest
Pros:

Wonderful stay. This is the kind to hospitality you can feel the moment you step in the door and dream of coming back to the moment you leave.

The hotel itself is cozy, comfortable, and spacious. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms have great hot water too. The breakfast (prepared when you need it) is a nice addition as well. The location is right in the heart of Panjakent but off the main road so it’s quiet, can’t really beat
it.

The best part, however, is the owner! He’s so kind, and runs the hotel like it’s his home, doing everything he can to take care of you. He’ll make sure breakfast is ready right when you need it, and help you navigate Tajikistan. We had an issue with our tour guide, and he not only helped us understand how to deal with him, but helped arrange a car for the seven lakes, as well as to the border (on both the Tajik and Uzbek sides.)

Highly recommended.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé. Extrêmement propre et tranquille. Chambre immense. Déjeuner délicieux et copieux. Mais par-dessus tout, l’accueil par tous les membres du personnel. Tout le monde a été adorable et disponible pour rendre le séjour le plus confortable possible. Le propriétaire n’était pas présent mais le gérant lui a téléphoné car je souhaitais me rendre aux Seven Lakes .Même à distance , il m’a organisé un départ pour le lendemain avec deux autres touristes afin de diminuer nos frais . Ce fut grandement apprécié. Merci pour tout !!!

Excellent place to say in Penjakent
Pros:

It is a comfortable, somewhat old fashioned hotel in a good central location. My room was huge and the bathroom very nice - good breakfast and generally a great place to stay. Maksud is a very kind and helpful host: he found someone for me to share the transport to the 7 lakes, booked taxis and generally looked after me. I enjoyed staying here and have already recommended it to other travellers.

Pros:

Excellente emplacement proche du bazar. Hôte exceptionnellement serviable qui m’a aidé à organiser mon excursion pour haft kul et mon taxi pour Khodjant le lendemain . Très bon petit déjeuner et très bonne chambre.
