Pros:

Встречают как дорогих гостей. Отель в самом центре, просторный номер, очень чисто, отличный завтрак. Организуют транспорт с профессиональным-аккуратным водителем. Все для гостей.

Gospodarz wszystko ogarnie
Pros:

Super gospodarz, który pomoże zorganizować wycieczkę na 7 jezior czy bezpośredni transport do Duszanbe. Kuchnia do dyspozycji. Śniadanie to jajko, naleśnik, dżem i chlebek. Wokół kilka sklepów, oddział sieci komórkowej, więc bez problemu da się ogarnąć kartę SIM. Wszystko czego potrzeba :)

Cons:

Klimacik PRLowy, dywany, tapety itp. Jeżeli ktoś nie lubi takiego klimatu to raczej nie będzie fanem.

Hospitality, cleanliness, and good vibes
Pros:

This was one of the most hospitable and clean places I have ever stayed. Maksud is a special host who went out of his way again and again to make us comfortable and the trip seamless (and great breakfast!). Would love to come back!

Pros:

The location is near everything you need.

Cons:

The manager booked a driver for 2 of us to go to the Seven Lakes. The car was old and the driver was obsessed with speeding and reckless driving. We were happy to be back unharmed.

Recommended place in Panjakent
Pros:

Good location, just meters away from the bazar. They were very nice and helped me organize a trip to the 7 lakes. Breakfast is ok, room is large and comfortable.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Inhaber, kann auch Touren zu den 7 lakes oder Taxitransfers in andere Städte vermitteln. Gutes Frühstück, sehr sauber, ruhig, obwohl optimal zentral gelegen. 100% empfehlenswert.

The Host is beyond helpful! Stay here!!!
Pros:

The location is perfect…you can walk to Ancient Penjakent, the market, the supermarket, and the History Museum. I was given an upgrade upon arrival and the room was HUGE with a balcony. I appreciated the little fridge to keep beverages cold.
Breakfast was delicious (eggs, bread, fruit and pancake). Wifi, hot water and A/C all worked great.

However, the absolute best thing about this hotel is Maksud, the host. He was beyond helpful…as seeing my transportation questions before arrival, organizing a shared group trip to Seven Lakes (definitely recommend) and coordinating my shared taxi to Khujand with pick up right at hotel. He is a kind man who truly cares that his guests are happy with the hotel and enjoy their stay in his city.

Cons:

These are all minor issues.

I did find the bed a little hard. Also, if you are a light sleeper like me, you might find the rooms facing the Main Street a little noisy.

I would also recommend having a little kettle in each room for tea in the being.?

Great hotel in Panjakent
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located to walk around Panjakent. The room was enormous, way bigger than what we expected. It was also clean and comfortable. The hotel looks a bit old-fashioned, but for us that was a plus! The owner is very nice, as the rest of the staff. I'd stay there again.

Pros:

Good location, very clean room, good breakfast. Helped finding a 4 wheel drive car at a reasonable price to take us to the seven lakes. I accidently left my handbag at the breakfast room but it was returned to me immediately, can't say thank you enough for this!!
