the location is very convenient locals are friendly bars and restaurants outside are affordable. The hotel is very clean and safe .

Lunch and dinner are good breakfast could do with a little more options on a daily basis. Staff are unfriendly at the pool bar and lobby , if you’re going all inclusive you shouldn’t have to pay for anything on to in my personal opinion. They could do with a bigger blanket for the bed as when having the ac on you don’t have anything long enough or big enough for two people to cover with comfortably. Lifts was very slow need upgrading .. had no entertainment throughout the day or evenings .. they say they have a foam party but it never happened . The slide would go on for a few hours then be off all day

Overall, the hotel left a good impression. The food was varied and tasty. There are many shops and restaurants near the hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day, the maids did their job perfectly and were always friendly. We liked the pontoon on the sea, there are not many people, there is enough space for everyone.

Cons:

Many people in the reviews complain about the elevator. Yes, it is quite slow, but it is not critical at all. The big minus of this hotel is the lack of evening program. After dinner, people just sit on the terrace and drink their cocktails even without a man and until 23:00, and then everything turns off and everything stops working.
