Pokoje codziennie sprzątane,piękny widok pokoju z widokiem na morze,duży wybór jedzenia na śniadaniach,obiadach i kolacjach.

Cons:

Wi-fi tylko na lobby,snack bar bardzo słabe i okrojone jedzenie,brak whisky w barach(tylko wódka,gin i piwo do wyboru),brak koktajli alkoholowych w barze przy morzu,słabo klimatyzowane korytarze oraz brak jakiejkolwiek wentylacji w windach.Wieczorem brak jakiejkolwiek rozrywki poniewaz dj nie może nawet włączyć głośniej muzyki ze względu na lokalne budynki po obu stronach hotelu.Brak kanałów telewizyjnych w j.angielskim.

Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits, dès la première soirée nous nous somme fais hurlé dessus par le personnel de cuisine car nous avons eu le malheur de demander si il était possible de se restaurer, nous venions d’atterrir et nous prenions à peine connaissance des lieux, je n’ai jamais vue un tel traitement dans un hôtel, le Mr de la réception n’était pas des plus sympa… nous avons donc écourté le séjour, de plus nous avions opté pour la formule all inclusive qui n’est pas du tout à la hauteur.
Très très grosse déception général entre le service pas top mais surtout l’agression verbal subit sans justification.

Adequate rooms, not the best, but decent

Cons:

The staff were rude and were pushy. They always seemed like they were in a rush. At checkin, we were very rushed by reception, were provided no information about the hotel (dining times, pool access, etc), and when we asked any questions, they said just refer to the information sheet.

The resort is supposed to be all inclusive but it felt like they were charging wherever they can. Wifi in the rooms is not free, you have to pay a daily rate. We asked if we can borrow an iron, which they said was an extra charge as well.

Outside of the hotel room, the remainder of the hotel was very hot with poor AC and circulation. Particularly the lobby and the dining area, very hot

Meget fin modtagelse og hjælpsomhed da vi ankom.
Fine værelser.

Cons:

Det var ikke i orden at der ikke var is.
Der var drinks mm. Til de voksne men ingen is til børnene.

Elevator fungerede ikke ok. Vi skulle vente meget længe.

Al for høj musik ved poolen som blev ved hele dagen. Der var ingen ro på noget tidspunkt.
