Pros:

We really liked our stay at the hotel, especially the room and its great location. We would've given it a higher rating if the food had been better. It was okay, but not quite up to the Turkish standards we're used to. We think more food and drink choices would make the whole experience even better.

Pros:

Номер на десятом этаже 1019 просторный, вид на море потрясающий, удобная, чистая ванна. Удобная кровать. Ночью сложно было заснуть даже с закрытыми окнами - где-то рядом дискотека(( Соседи из другого крыла, кажется, её не слышали. В остальном, прекрасно!
Пляж открывается в 8 утра - до этого калитка заперта на замок, так что, жаворонкам лучше сначала позавтракать - завтрак с 7-ми. Вид на море захватывающий! Спуск удобный. Когда лифт сломался, его быстро починили. Закрывался пляж в 18:00, но никто не выгонял, можно было посидеть)
Питание хорошее) Да, мяса было немного, но курица, индейка и рыба (особенно на пару в обед) были очень вкусны. Фруктов небольшое разнообразие, но их и в магазинах как-то скромненько было… Много разных овощей и зелени, только почему-то без сладкого перца))
Кофе и соки… ну тут минус( Зато богатый выбор чайных пакетиков)). Из алкоголя больше понравилось пиво)
Персонал дружелюбный, быстро реагировал на все просьбы.
Гости были разных национальностей: и русскоговорящие, и турки, и европейцы, и азиаты, и африканцы.

Cons:

Доступность интернета и звукоизоляцию в номерах. Зерновой кофе и сезонные ягоды в ресторане)

The location is what I was looking when I booked. Quite close to the old town.

Cons:

where should I start:
No internet! Even the FREE one in the lobby wasn't working properly.
Meals...same stuff every day. Good thing we only stayed a few days, if we had to stay a full week...
Quite crowded, for some reason (probably the price 🤣), there were a few large groups that had tables reserved, and the other clients had been left to deal with a small part of the restaurant.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war schmackhaft, das Gebäck war gut.

Das negative Fazit – Das Hotel hat das AI-Konzept nicht verstanden:
Kostenpflichtiges, instabiles WLAN: Das Internet funktionierte fast ausschließlich in der Lobby und selbst dort nur extrem schwach. Obwohl das WLAN kostenpflichtig war, gab es keine stabile Verbindung.
Kein inkludiertes Flaschenwasser: FĂźr ein All-Inclusive-Hotel ist es unbegreiflich, dass fĂźr Flaschenwasser extra bezahlt werden musste.
Ungenießbares Leitungswasser: Das kostenlose Wasser aus den Automaten hatte einen sehr starken Chlorgeschmack.
Leere Minibar: Im ZimmerkĂźhlschrank befand sich kaum Wasser. Wir mussten jeden Tag extra anrufen, um Ăźberhaupt eine kleine Flasche aufs Zimmer zu bekommen.
Kostenpflichtige Cocktails: Sogar fßr Cocktails verlangte das Hotel zusätzliche Zahlungen.
Das positive Highlight – Engagiertes Personal trotz Fehlmanagements:
Die Angestellten taten mir aufrichtig leid. Sie mussten täglich den berechtigten Ärger und die Beschwerden der Gäste abfangen, obwohl sie absolut keine Schuld an den Missständen tragen.
Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt dem Restaurant- und Barchef, Herrn Hussein (ich hoffe, ich habe den Namen richtig in Erinnerung). Er hat das UnmĂśgliche mĂśglich gemacht und unseren Aufenthalt durch seinen unermĂźdlichen Einsatz erheblich angenehmer gestaltet.
Fazit:
Das Management spart hier definitiv am falschen Ende und wälzt die Unzufriedenheit der Gäste auf das eigene Personal ab. Dieses Konzept hat den Namen „All Inclusive“ leider nicht verdient.

Its very loud at night due to the location
The a/c wasn’t working properly
You need to pay extra to use WiFi to use outside the lobby
The drinks are very limited - not available water bottles at the bar so had to buy extra from the nearby shop

The private beach was a pain to get to,, it was at the bottom of a cliff face to access it, you had to use the cliff escalator

Excellent fantastic stay
Cons:

There was nothing to dislike all excellent, I really enjoyed my holiday at your hotel. and all reception staff were very friendly and helpful and both your guest relations lady and your tour man were also excellent and went out there way to help us. All other staff were friendly and helpful too
