Соотношение цены и качества - великолепное. Владелец прислал заранее максимум инфо, заселение очень комфортное и дружелюбное. Сам отель больше напоминает хостел, но со всеми удобствами, кондиционер, ТВ, ванна в номере, холодильник, общая зона приготовления пищи. Парковка у отеля. Набережная и променад недалеко.

Хозяина хвалят все, мы не исключение - он большой молодец! Сопровождает вас с момента бронирования и до выселения. Человек любит свой город и во всем помогает своим гостям. На любой вопрос ответит, посоветует, где поесть, на какой пляж сходить, какие достопримечательности посмотреть и как туда добраться. Сам предлагает бесплатно постирать ваши вещи (а если вы путешествуете не первый день, это очень кстати!), вода в чайнике всегда волшебным образом налита. Напор воды в душе - это отдельная похвала!
Номер маленький, но это не недостаток за эти деньги.

Cons:

Не хватило какого-то шкафа для одежды, из-за размеров номера сложно разместить вещи.

Very good value for money location to visit Troy
Pros:

Location is great to visit Canakkale, we parked the car at check-in and did not need it until check-out - closer beach club is ~20 mins walking distance and Trojan Horse and restaurants are ~15 mins in the other direction. The room is small (as expected and as shown in pictures) but the staff is very honest and available, which we really appreciated. The property also has an electric car that visitors can rent for the day at a price of €30 to go to the beach or ancient Troy ruins.

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom was a bit small.

Good value for money
Pros:

The owner is exceptionally friendly and hospitable, speaking also some Greek. We were welcomed with raki, melon, cheese and red pepper sauce, along with a lot of information about Canakkale. Also, he was very honest, explaining in a message before our arrival that this is a budget accomodation, and luxury is not to be expected. Great location, close to the harbor.

Cons:

The fridge was outside the room for common use, however this is not a major prolem
