Pros:

Great budget accommodation, had heaters, hot water in the shower. The location is close to bus stops, not too far from the promenade.

Pros:

Personnel sympa, mais valorisant trop son hôtel.

Cons:

Chambre très petite absence de chaise ,de table, de mobilier pour poser son sac, système de chauffage très "amateur". Litterie pas adaptée. 1/2 heure minimum pour rejoindre le bus allant à Troie.

Rooms have everything you need, I was even given a free room upgrade on arrival! Highlight was absolutely the host, he sent me plenty of recommendations for food & spots to visit. Also sent videos & google map pins with clear instructions to access public transport to Troy and rented me his lovely little car to tour around Gallipoli/Anzac cove.
These really helped make everything smooth as well as some lovely conversations over coffees with him.
The lobby is decked out in kiwi & ozzy memorabilia which made me feel at home!

Rapport qualité prix parfait.
Les chambres ne sons pas grandes mais on le sait donc ce n'est pas un problème.
Nos hôtes ont été hyper gentils, disponibles aidant, pour tout (lieu, horaire de dolmus...). Une chance !
Je recommande vivement !

Amazing value and hospitality
Pros:

Great location, great price, comfy bed and great shower.

The owner Jim is a legend, a funny and friendly guy who makes you feel very welcome!

We got a free room upgrade and laundry coz it's off-season too.

Highly recommend to all but particularly Aussie and New Zealanders Jim will look after you! Turkish hospitality at its finest.

Приветливый хозяин встретил, показал где припарковать авто, разместил нас и рассказал про достопримечательности. На выбор предложил два номера. Выезд в 10 утра, но нам сказали можно позже, как захотим!
