The property was in a good location. It was the cheapest place from what I looked at. The room I chose was small but I was a solo person and it had all that I needed so it was good. The host was attentive and helpful.

A truly memorable stay. Great value for money and good location but the exceptional aspect of NR1 is the host. He is a larger than life character who simply cannot do enough for you, literally. We also rented his little car, a Citroen Ami, for our trip to ANZAC cove and had a classic range anxiety time of it. His restaurant recommendations were also spot on.
The hot water wasn’t really hot, more warm, which loses a point I’m afraid. The room is exactly as the pictures and video shows.

L'accueil du gérant est au top, ses conseils et suggestions nous ont été très utiles, notamment concernant les excursions vers l'ancienne cité de Troie.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel, qui est situé dans un quartier calme à proximité de tous les commerces et du centre.

Great budget accommodation, had heaters, hot water in the shower. The location is close to bus stops, not too far from the promenade.

Personnel sympa, mais valorisant trop son hôtel.
Chambre très petite absence de chaise ,de table, de mobilier pour poser son sac, système de chauffage très "amateur". Litterie pas adaptée. 1/2 heure minimum pour rejoindre le bus allant à Troie.
Rooms have everything you need, I was even given a free room upgrade on arrival! Highlight was absolutely the host, he sent me plenty of recommendations for food & spots to visit. Also sent videos & google map pins with clear instructions to access public transport to Troy and rented me his lovely little car to tour around Gallipoli/Anzac cove.
These really helped make everything smooth as well as some lovely conversations over coffees with him.
The lobby is decked out in kiwi & ozzy memorabilia which made me feel at home!
You get what you pay for - good value for the money. The host is a blast, a really welcoming guy :-)
