The staff, the facilities, the food, the location were all wonderful! Fantastic holiday 😀
One minor criticism, there is no soundproofing between rooms and a family with 3 children were next door & the babies screamed constantly 😞😓 we felt sorry for them but it was also draining for us...

Service in the outside bar ( deck ) is terrible, awful!
I don’t know why because the service in the all inclusive restaurant and in the lobby is good

U have to ask to clean the room, bring soap, water,tissues for room
They do cheat for every thing
Rent ski set, room service, change dollar to lira…
Great location near mountains with view on city, modern facilities, excellent breakfast buffet, very friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms with good quality beds, very clean rooms.
Everything was perfect.
