Buena alojamiento
Pros:

El hotel es cómodo, con habitación espaciosa y con muy buen trato por parte de todo el personal, haciendo todo lo posible por hacerte la estancia lo más cómoda y agradable posible.

Cons:

Lo peor fue la ubicación porque, aunque había una estación de tren más o menos cerca, no es fácilmente accesible.

Fine sea view accommodations in Samsun
Pros:

I had a large and comfortable room with an unobstructed view over the Black Sea. No traffic noise, and it was very quiet in the hotel (at the end of February). Google maps did not know where the entrance was. It guided me to the unmarked back of the hotel on a dark street seven floors higher. Once I figured this out, it was easy to drive down to the front, find a place to park and check in. Enclosed breakfast terrace on the roof has a fabulous view over the sea.

Cons:

Once I found the way in, nothing.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpfully. The room had a great overview over the Black Sea. Breakfast was fantastic, you can choose a lot of different things. Loved my stay very much. 😊

Pros:

Mir wurde ein extra schönes Zimmer gegeben, mit zwei großen Fensterfronten. Mega schön!!
Das Frühstück wird im 7. Stock serviert, mit super Blick aufs Meer!

Cons:

Aus dem Badezimmer hat es ziemlich stark nach Chemie gerochen, aber bei geschlossener Badtüre war es nicht schlimm.

GÜZEL MEKAN - SURATSIZ VE İLGİSİZ ÇALIŞANLAR - HİJYEN PROBLEMİ

* Resepsiyonda farklı saatlerde iki beyefendi vardı. Sadece Eyüp Bey tam bir harikaydı. Güler güzlü ve çözüme yönelik bir yaklaşımı vardı. Yapması gerekenden daha fazlasını yapıp her türlü konuda bizimle ilgilendi.
* Gerek resesepsiyonda, gerekse restaurantta yeri geldiğinde bellboy, yeri geldiğinde komi ve bir çok farklı role de bürünen iki beyefendi vardı. Bunlardan Mehmet Bey sürekli koşturup misafirlerin komforlu olduğundan emin olmaya çalışıyordu. Mesela bir akşam arabadan yaptığımız alışverişle indiğimizi görüp ,İNSİYATİF ALIP, koşup yardımımıza geldi. Bir sabah ise kahvaltında bir yemek bitmişti ve alamamıştık. Yenisi yapılınca bilgi vermek yeterli olmasına rağmen yine İNSİYATİF gösterip bize bir tabak getirmişti.
* Mesleğimi online icra ettiğim için her kaldığımız gün 4-5 saat boyunca video konferansta olabilmem için toplantı salonunu kullanımımı açtılar. Bu konuda Eyüp Bey çok yardımcı oldu sağolsun. İnternet hızı çok iyi, çok rahattım.

Cons:

* Resepsiyondaki güler yüz ve alaka üst katlara çıktıkça azalmaya başlıyor. Restaurant'a gelince de yerini tamamen somurtmaya ve ilgisizliğe bırakıyor.
* Girdiğimiz gün yatağı 3 kez temizletmek zorunda kaldık. Birincisinde alez istemiştik ama çarşaflar değiştirildi ve alez yine unutuldu. İkincisinde alez geldi ama bu sefer yatak bozuktu
* Odalarda eskiden televizyonların konulduğu duvardaki dolabın hiç bir şekilde cam sürgüsü çekilip temizlenilmemişti. 1 parmaktan fazla bir toz yığını vardı. Temizlik yapılmasını istedik ama orası hariç her yer temizlendi. Housekeeper'ların oranın açıldığını biz söyledikten sonra farkettiğini düşünüyorum.
* Bir süre önce özel bir firmaya temizlik yaptırılmış. Belli ki bu firma işi ciddiye almamış
* Her gün aynı çeşit ve maalesef lezzetsiz bir kahvaltı çıkıyor. Üstüne üstlük bazı günler kahvaltının ilk dakikasında olmamıza rağmen soğuk olan çok şey vardı.
* Bir sabah -zaten yetersiz bir kahvaltıya- oğlum ve benden sonra saat 9'da gelen eşim bir çok yemek bittiği için yiyemedi. Halbuki kahvaltının bitmesine epeyce bir zaman vardı. Mutfaktan yeniden yapılmayacağına dair son kararı bize ulaştırdılar. Biz de emredersiniz demek zorunda kaldık.

* SON SÖZ VE TAVSİYE (HİZMET SATIŞI UZMANI VE ÖĞRETMENİM)
Otelin yeri ve tasarımı çok iyi ancak bunlara gereğinden fazla güveniliyor gibi. Maalesef Eyüp ve Mehmet Bey'ler gibi çalışanların insiyatifinde yürüyen bir yer olduğu çok belli. Halbuki böyle şeylerin çalışanın insiyatifine bırakılmayıp standartlaştırılması gerekir. Böylesine insiyatif alan çalışanların öne çıkarılıp örnek gösterilip daha fazla sorumluluk verilmesi bu güzel oteli daha iyi hizmet veren bir yer haline getirecektir. Bir hafta kalmamıza rağmen -üzüntü verici bir şekilde- Eylül ayının başında güzelim toplantı salonunu benden başka kullanan olmadı.

Номер в очень плохом состоянии, подушки ужасные, соседи когда включали душ мне казалось они рядом со мной!когда соседи промывали унитаз было очень слышно!фен тарахтел как трактор , он был почти поломан!шумоизоляция отсутствует,а пульты разломаны!номер был очень холодным!
