Pros:

The location of the hotel is great as it is near to bus, tram and metro (marmara line) stop.
All three public conveyance spots are at walking distance

Cons:

No Electric Kettle Even in December like cold.
No drinking water not even daily water bottle. Lift was not working, Cold And limited breakfast options.
Surely passable for family stays.

Recommend for everyone first night booking for next days you can find the same price and new one
Pros:

From outside it’s so beautiful but the location is awful, the so old the system , I dint take shower, the toilets was —0. The room was to light all the night you can’t sleep, and to much sound, from outside and from the automatic light sensor, I dint sleep tow night and I decided to take another one new one the same price with breakfast as well. Empty old bathroom, too small place even for hand wash

Мне нужны были офисы карго, поэтому место расположение было идеальным для меня в 100 метрах охраняемый паркинг. Цена, 24 регистрация.

Cons:

Если у Вас нет денег, но нужно за 100 долларов 6 кроватей, это место идеально. Если нет, лучше избегайте. Район ужасный, все грязно.

Only near car park and metro station.

Cons:

Avoid this hotel at all costs – even if they offer you a free stay, don’t do it!
At 6 AM, a loud argument broke out in the next room, lasting almost an hour and sounding like a fight was about to start. Nobody reacted – a truly stressful experience.
The rooms are on a level as high as the 4th floor and right next to a minaret, so you will be woken up by the morning call to prayer for sure.
The shower cabin, bathroom, AC, and all other installations are in terrible condition – dirty and neglected.
As for breakfast... other than milk, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, and jam, nothing else seemed edible. One example: a slice of salami had turned black from age – a disgrace to offer that even to animals, let alone guests.
I strongly do not recommend this place!

Great stay for arriving late in Istanbul
Pros:

Very clean, everything worked as it should, staff were great. Very close to a metro station which was very convenient for my late arrival by bus from Greece.

Cons:

It is in a very noisy area but this goes with being near a metro station - not the hotel's fault
