The stuff is amazing, very helpful and friendly, offering free tea and any help you might need. Location is also great, just 2 mins away from main tram station and around 10 mins from the metro lines. Area is full of small shops, but you don't hear noise of the street in the room.
The bed was comfortable.
Breakfast is rather good, but not diverse, though the soup was very tasty.
The soundproofing inside the hotel is not great, could hear neighbours talking, closing their door, calling the elevator. Also, the room itself feels a bit old, water was leaking on the floor in the shower.
But overal for couple of nights it's a good deal for the money.

The staff were so nice and helpful.
The main concern was the room. There was no microwave no electric kettle . Seems like it was just bed and bathroom. Bethroom doesn’t have light. Lighting in the room was horrible !
