I did not stay there

Arrived in the afternoon and unfortunately woke the owner up at the reception :D but the check-in was easy, the room was small but clean. The owner was very friendly and his son spoke english, i had a couple of teas with him and his friends.
The area where the hotel is can be described as noisy or lively depending on your perspective. I liked it. It is not far from the Eminönu station hub and frankly, you can also walk to the main attractions from there as well. Also some pretty good food options nearby that are not subject to the tourist tax that restaurants in Sultanahmet are.
Breakfast is perfectly fine. Room was not cleaned every day but was clean. For the price i paid i was absolutely satisfied.

Fantastisch en behulpzaam personeel in dit fijne hotelletje. Zit op een leuke locatie op loopafstand van de bekendste toeristische trekpleisters. Zeker een aanrader om te verblijven.

The host was very friendly
The location is ideal to go to all the big attractions on foot.
The room is clean and regular changes of towels.

Friendly staff trying to do extra for you. Nice location close to bazar and two bridges, supermarket, many cafés around, great breakfast.

The staff’s attitude was a big highlight for me, it really matters, and I truly believe staff makes up about 50% of the whole hotel experience. Don’t expect a 5-star property for the price you pay, but the breakfast and how helpful the team is are worth even more than the room itself.

В целом мой отдых прошёл не так уж и плохо. В номере было тепло. Хорошие , мягкие кровати. Сантехника работает и есть горячая вода. С номера выносят мусор практически каждый день и следят за чистотой. Сотрудники добрые и хорошие люди , готовые всегда помочь.Завтраки превосходные. Местоположение отличное. Легко добраться из Аэропорта до отеля на метро.

За свои деньги отель стоит того. Дешево и сердито, еще и завтрак есть.

The location is perfect everything is near, i loved the fact that its a family business everyone is nice and friendly, breakfasts are the best definitely coming back and i highly recommend it honestly the best stay i had in Istanbul and i’ve been to a lot of hotels

Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde. Huoneet pienet mutta kodikkaat. Perheomisteinen hotelli ja paikan pitäjä todella avulias ja ystävällinen, puhuu erinomaista englantia. Sijainti todella hyvä - erittäin lyhyt matka metroasemalle ja lauttarantaan, kävelymatka tärkeimpiin nähtävyyksiin. Ruokapaikat ja kaupat ihan vieressä. Ei turistialuetta, mutta rauhallinen ja turvallinen.
Varmaan parasta, mitä tässä hintaluokassa löytää. Erinomainen valinta, jos hotelli on vain paikka yöpymiseen ja aamiaisen syömiseen. Aamiainen oli erinomainen.

Great location, helpful staff, nice breakfast, big rooms, quiet area. The owner and his son Mr. Mehmet are cooperative and nice. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Tea is provided freely. Thanks a lot.

A great hotel in an excellent location, close to beautiful attractions. The owners are friendly, and the breakfast is good. I recommend it.

Персонал отеля старается, чтобы отдыхающим было хорошо. В здании винтовая лестница, помогли с чемоданами, угощали чаем, фруктами, десертом, подсказывают если нужно составить маршрут. За свои деньги отель достаточно хороший, близко к метро, пристани, району Балат, Гранд-Базару.
