Pros:

The hotel is close to the metro station.

　メリットは駅近なところですが、車通りの多い坂道 + 舗装がガタガタ ＋ 人混みの中を、スーツケースを引きずって歩くのは、けっこうストレスです。

Cons:

・They prioritized a Turkish guest to check in while I was kept waiting for a long time.
・There is no elevator.
・I asked a staff to take my luggage to the upstairs but he didn't intentionally.
・He pretended he didn't understand English when I pointed it out. And he just said, "Good night." as if I hadn't said anything.
・The wall was too thin to hear someone talks in the hallway or other rooms.
・The room was smaller than its photo on the website.
・Seagulls around the hotel were so noisy at night and in the early morning. It was very difficult to sleep well. (I'm sure this was the matter of the location.)
・The other staff asked me for 10 out of 10 on Booking.com when I was about to check out.

I just wrote about what really happened to me. Perhaps, I picked up the bad day. But I hope they'll fix some of the problems for other guests as soon as possible. I'm disappointed especially about their hospitality.

　チェックインの時は、地元のトルコ人を優先。エレベーターがない中、スーツケースを運ぶのを手伝おうともしませんでした。そのことを英語で言及したら、英語がわからないフリをする始末。
　壁は薄めで、廊下や隣の部屋の人の声が聞こえます。何よりカモメが夜中から明け方まで、ホテルの屋根？か近くでずっと鳴いていて、全然眠れなかったです。写真よりも、部屋は狭め。翌朝、別のスタッフの人がやけに馴れ馴れしく接してくると思ったら、最後に「Booking.comで高評価くれよな！」と。これが安宿だったら全然OKですが、値段と全く見合っていません。過去の旅行で、何人も親切なトルコ人の人たちと会ってきましたが、正直、このホテルのせいで、今回のトルコ旅行への印象はかなり悪くなりました。予約の際は、お気をつけて。

отель удобно расположен для посещения дворца Долмабахче и прогулок по Босфору
Pros:

Заселение быстрое. Отель расположен недалеко от станции мармарай ( не метро). Если вы едете на метро из аэропорта, то надо делать пересадку на электричку. Отель находится прямо на рынке, поэтому вокруг огромное количество кафе и разных магазинов. Так же очень удобно расположен для паромных переправ по Босфору., Особенно быстро добираться до Дворца Долмабахче. Есть чайник , чашки, чай-кофе и вода. Шампунь-гель. Душ хороший ( всё исправно)

Cons:

Номер намного меньше, чем на фото, Большой чемодан просто негде было разместить. В шкафчик тоже помещалось всего две куртки и всё. Завтраки с 8-30 ( хотелось бы пораньше). В номере очень сильный запах сигарет ( поэтому некурящим не советую, нам было очень тяжело, пришлось открывать окно, хотя на улице было холодно). Это хорошо, что мы номер с окном забронировали. Нет лифта, а ступеньки крутые. Если чемодан большой и тяжелый. то без помощи не обойтись. Звукоизоляция плохая.

Parfait
Pros:

Je recommande fortement cet hôtel l’emplacement est parfait à deux pas du métro, marmaray et transport en bateau, les chambres sont impeccables et le personnel très souriant mention spécial à Osman et Emre qui sont au top.

Pros:

Die Lage ist Super, Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt , aufgeräumt und die Handtücher ausgetauscht
