Pros:

Locația aproape de punctele turistice
Proprietarul te ajută cu orice problemă.
La parter este un fast food bun ce aparține tot lor.

Cons:

Curățenia la baie lasă de dorit.
Zgomotul de afară dimineața este destul de tare din cauza traficului

No me pude hospedar, al llegar no hay recepción y solo un teclado numérico para ingresar, no nos habían informado, ni dado las explicaciones al respecto. Es importante saber que no es un hotel, no tiene recepción

Bueno!... Por lo menos tenía donde dormir y cerca a lugares donde almorzar!. Por ser un lugar alejado del centro turístico, los precios son más económicos!... Compren precio fijo en los supermercados!.. por otra parte nos tocó una habitación que aparentemente se veía limpia!.. la base de la cama era vieja, que incluso el colchón se hundia, el baño estaba sucio en la parte de la ducha...

le dortoir reste plus au moins proche de la ville, et des zones touristiques

Cons:

pour faire court, c'est un dortoir sal
- les draps , les murs, les matelas, les rideaux étaient très sals
- y'avait une odeur dégelasse dans les toilettes
- pas de réception ni de personnel d'hôtel (il est venu juste prendre l'argent le premier jour)
- même en demandant à la femme de ménage de nettoyer la chambre, elle se contentant uniquement de faire le lit sans même pas changer les draps

Relación calidad-precio fabulosa!
Pros:

Ismail es un encanto!! Siempre ha estado muy atento a nuestras necesidades y es realmente amable.
La ubicación es fantástica! El hotel está bastante céntrico. Tiene cerca (aunque hay que subir una cuesta algo pronunciada) la parada del tranvía que conecta directamente con los putos de interés de la ciudad, que no están nada lejos ni siquiera andando. También está a unos 10-15 minutos andando de Yenikapi, ideal para ir o venir del aeropuerto Sabiha Gökçen o simplemente para ir a la parte asiática :)
Calidad-precio inmejorable!! Volveremos sin duda!!

Cons:

El baño no tiene calefacción y es un poco frío, pero quizás haya sido porque hemos ido en invierno
