Excellent Holiday Place
Pros:

It is truly an amazing chain hotel. Staff were very friendly, accommodating until the very last minute the resort closed for winter season.
Food and facilities were fantastic and the shows at night were quality. We will be back!

Cons:

Smoking was allowed everywhere even by the pool side.. They should have designated areas for smoking

Pros:

Our holiday was amazing. It was our first stay at Botanik Platinum. The room was comfortable, and pillows were changed by the first request.
Food was various, delicious.
A lot of pools for different ages, relax pool with calm atmosphere for us was excellent finding!
All staff ( reception, room, beach team, restaurants and bars staff, cleaners, handymen, animation team) earn huge respect, and many thanks!!!
Clearness, comfort, and readiness to help any time in any questions deserve the highest appreciation.

Cons:

Proximity to a neighbouring hotel,where loud music continued till midnight.

Pros:

Прекрасный, чистый отель, на территории множество красивых растений. Очень красивый закат. Море чистое, бирюзовое, почти сразу глубокое. Разнообразная еда, овощи, филе говядины, баранина, рыба дорадо, сибас, красная ежедневно. Много пирожных и фруктов, в том числе клубника, черешня, дыня, арбуз. Отличный сервис, не успеешь сесть за стол, официант уже спрашивает, что принести!

Cons:

Единственный минус, часть отеля,выходит на оживленную дорогу, и там очень шумно невозможно заснуть. Но за 30 евро в день можно улучшить номер с видом на море, что я и сделала .
