Not a lot of spirits available on the all inclusive
only the staff. they were very friendly and helpful.
booked two rooms.The rooms were both dirty. one of rooms was 5th (last) floor and was boiling due to high temperatures. I asked about finding a way to leave the AC on all time or get moved to another room and my request was refused from staff. the AC even when I was in the room was not working properly.
The food is nothing as shown in the pictures. is a buffet and doesn't include wha's in the pictures.

Onhygienisch, het hotel komt niet overeen met de foto’s. Zeer oud, smerig. Haren in de eten.
Absolutamente nada. La experiencia fue tan negativa que ni el clima pudo compensarlo. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue una decepción tras otra: suciedad extrema, personal que no entiende ni intenta comunicarse, instalaciones rotas, comida inexistente y trato humillante. No hubo ni un solo aspecto que se salvara.
Literalmente todo. La habitación era insalubre: sucia, con restos de comida y sangre en las sábanas. El baño tenía excrementos y estaba completamente destrozado. Nos ofrecieron otra habitación igual o peor. El personal no habla inglés y responde con evasivas constantes. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. El WiFi solo llega a la recepción y se desconecta cada dos minutos. El “todo incluido” es un engaño: no hay comida real, solo pan duro y hojas verdes, y los cócteles se pagan aparte. La limpieza no existe. El trato del personal fue burlón, pasivo-agresivo e irrespetuoso. Mi pareja se cortó el pie con azulejos rotos. Es una vergüenza que este lugar siga apareciendo en Booking.
The location was good it was close to bodrum city center and to the beach , also the food was great and the staff were very helpful and very friendly i do recommend it
The only minor issue was the wifi it wasnt available in the room only in the reception and in the pool area
Location, Staff and food were awesome.
Room was really nice. Queen size bed not really comfortable (for me) tho. Also I missed more blankets and there was a small problem with our shower. We stayed just a single night so not too much to complain about, but those details were important to us.
Over all nice stay at this property. Lovely exterior could do with bit of cleaning of rooms.

Everything! The room was old and dirty. We didn’t have a working shower. There were stains on the bed, hair everywhere, a door that didn’t properly close, promised sea view was a concrete wall, air con only in one room of the family suite, mould in the room and the fridge inside covered in mould. Rude staff.
The location was perfect, 5 min walk to the beach. Local shops and restaurans was 7 mins away

Steps
The stay was good. The hotel organized evening events for us. I would come back again.
The only drawback was the weak Internet connection. If this problem is worked on, the stay will be even more comfortable for every customer.
