Pros:

I will try to keep this review short.

We stayed at the hotel for one week at the end of July — two adults and two children (10 and 8 years old).

The hotel has a large area. The water park is good for children, and the access to the sea is smooth and convenient. These are the main positive aspects.

Cons:

However, for a five-star hotel, we expected much more. Unfortunately, there are several disadvantages:

The rooms and bathrooms are outdated, and the sound insulation is very poor — you can hear almost everything from the neighbouring rooms.

The cleaning service is below the expected standard.

The minibar contained only two small bottles of water and two soft drinks.

Bathroom amenities were often not replenished — the hair conditioner was missing, and the liquid soap was not regularly refilled.

The food was repetitive and there was not a wide choice.

All drinks are served from dispensers.

The staff mostly do not speak English, and some employees were not polite. They often removed glasses and plates without asking whether they were still in use.

The tables were cleaned with the same cloth, which does not create a good impression regarding hygiene.

The hotel was mainly occupied by Russian-speaking guests, and staff often approached us in Russian first.

In our opinion, this hotel does not meet the standard of a five-star Ultra All Inclusive resort. We would not choose to stay here again.

Dejlig hotel, stort udvalg af mad og kager, men kunne være bedre. Men g rengøring synes jeg var dårlig

Selve hotellet var godt og alt de aktiviteter der var og pool områderne var dejlig

My stay at Lonisera Premium Spa exceeded my expectations. Here is why:
- We checked in with my teenager daughter. It was comfortable for me and for her.

- Room: It was spacious, nice room with 3 person bed (1 double and 1 single).
Room View was the best one, it was in very nice location with the front view to Main pool and the sea. It was in the main building where the reception was. It was close to all restaurants.

- Beach: It has own nice & clean beach with fine sand next to hotel.

- Restaurants: It has several restaurants that operates mainly from 7am to 12pm. Also, it has 'A la carte' restaurants, but they were not free, but they cost very little, so we can say it is affordable. They have separate section for fresh punch juice ( a big room next to pool and beach) where guests can make their own fresh orange juice. There were 6 punch juice maker machines. There was a shop/room next to pool and beach for ice-cream. You could select different type of icecream and cookies. Also, there was a pizza-lahmacun room next to them.

- Entertainment: They have nice day and night entertainments activities with special teams for kids and adults. For small kids they have kindergarten place, where parents can leave their kids and they will be save and fed. For older kids and Teenagers they have a big Aquapark within hotel. They have Olive Cafe with all night live music, disco.

- Personnel: They have nice personnel who speaks several languages with check-in reception and check-out reception separately which makes less lines.

- Cleanliness: Overall everywhere was clean, I didn't notice any dirty places or something in restaurants or other places. The only thing that I was not satisfied was my room was not vacuumed properly. I saw hairs behind the puff chair, in the corners and I notified the reception. They sent a personnel to clean the room again.

I highly suggest this hotel to all guests. Whole family will enjoy.

Alt underholdning var på russisk, intet på tyrkisk. Virkelig skamfuldt og elendig underholdning for os tyrker, som forventede mere på tyrkisk. Kommer til at fravælge det denne hotel, selvom øvrig service og mad var fint.

Alt i alt var det et godt ophold og super lækkert hotel, vi var de eneste dansker der var på hotellet den uge vi var der
Pros:

Beliggende, strand, pool, rent og pænt alle steder. Fine værelser altid adgang til drikkevarer

Cons:

Maden kunne være bedre, og der var også en del larm (folk der snakkede) i restauranten akustikken kunne være bedre.

Не возможно сказать что понравилось!!!!Единственное что хоть комнаты чистые и убирали их!

А теперь с самого начнем что не понравилось!!!Питание однообразное,морепродуктов 0----!!!!Из рыбного селедка жареная,короче фууу!Мы в многих отелях в Турции отдыхали,но этот отель не соответствует цене по качеству!!!Мы ехали в этот отель из за Аквапарка для детей но вода ледяная в басеинах при том во всех.Пляж как селедки друг на друге и в предачу очень маленький.Руссня бухает и ведут как свиньи себя и их там много 90%.В номерах по вечерам бухие кацапы выеснялки устраивали с криками!...А...и ужины постоянно было ресторан до 21:00 а убирать уже начинали в 20:30!Короче неуважение к туристам видимо из за Руссо-туристо!!!
