My stay was not that nice several of things was missing like iron wasn’t in the room and was not that clean 😑😑

The window was broken and the light not working also the bathroom was not clean and the floor was damaged its not like the picture which we have seen in booking

We stayed at Four Sides Istanbul for 10 nights (May 18–27) with our family. Unfortunately, the experience was consistently below any acceptable standard.

Cleanliness: Floors and mirrors were dirty even after daily housekeeping. Unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one at this price point.

Air Conditioning: AC is centrally shut off every night, leaving the room unbearably hot. When we contacted reception, we were told the system “needs to rest.” We are guests paying for comfort — not the AC’s feelings.

Staff Behavior: Of course not all of them but some were shockingly rude. Reception staff repeatedly hung up the phone on my husband, despite the fact that he was communicating through Google Translate due to a language barrier. This is unprofessional and disrespectful to an extreme degree.

Our entire family spent 10 nights overheated and uncomfortable. We would never return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
