Pros:

Comoda posizione centrale, nel cuore del quartiere MODA a Kodikoy, pieno di negozi e ristoranti. L'albergo è piccolo ma accogliente, il personale molto disponibile e molto piacevole la colazione al mattino all'ultimo piano con terrazza e vista sul Bosforo

Cons:

Non siamo stati fortunati, 3 giorni di pioggia intensa con tutte le scomodità di muoversi con gli abiti umidi.

Pros:

Great location at Kadikoy, check in and out process were ok, comfort value for money. We only stayed there one night for a layover. Location is perfect.

Bed bugs, bad service, terrible breakfast, uncomfy beds, missing towels
Pros:

The location is good to explore Asian part of Istanbul. Subway and ferry is nearby.

Cons:

I wouldn't recommend the room for 4 people - it's essentially one room with one normal double bed and a couch. The couch was very uncomfortable and not suitable for two adults. It's not even a hotel in a common sense - there was no room service, so we had to use the same towels for two nights, and one towel was even missing. Under the couch there was a bunch of dust, moreover after we arrived home already we discovered that we have bites all over our body - these were most likely bed bugs from this hotel.
Breakfast was just a joke - so basically the way it works, they have a fridge where they have some eggs, jam, butter and bread, what you normally would have at home. And every morning they would take out of the fridge whatever is left from yesterday and call it "breakfast". We hardly found anything to eat. Moreover, one of our family members had to leave earlier before official breakfast hours, and we couldn't even find a coffee capsule because they hid it somewhere people coudn't find them.
The staff does not speak any English and doesn't even make any attempt to understand you.
