The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.
Due to an onsite power issue we had to move rooms and Isaa and the staff did all they could to assist and make us comfortable

Siamo stati truffati, ce scritto 0 metri dalla spiaggia ma assolutamente non è vero, la struttura è su strada e dista circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Stanze indecenti, bagno pieno di muffa, ovviamente siamo andati via subito e non siamo stati rimborsati
The people who work there were so accommodating and kind. Brilliant service. The manager in both the hotel and villa were so kind. Anything we wanted or requested, we got immediately! Thank you :)
I could not wash my hair in the shower because the water pressure was so weak I could not rinse shampoo out of my hair. Even rinsing soap off my hands was hard to do with such low pressure.
There was no water on the morning of my third day, although this was probably to do with the low pressure.
The hot water was off in the building, so I had 2 cold showers for two days.
The hotel room has a frosted glass door, which means the bedroom receives constant light from the hallway light outside, as well as noise and lights going on and off due to other guests' activity, not to mention a lack of privacy.
A housekeeper tried to enter my room on multiple evenings while I was showering - they wanted to spray it with bug poison, but I did not want to breathe in poison all night long.
The electricity went off numerous times each day.
After 4 nights I asked for a new towel and she gave me a dirty wet towel from a pile. They did not understand the concept of getting a new or clean towel. There were no linen or towel changes despite my stay being a week long.
The room had no tv, no chair and no desk or table. There was also no soap, only bath gel.
The manager was very aggressive, hostile, and defensive with regards to sorting out these issues.
The hotel also charged more than booking.com invoiced me for
Amazing Stay! Michael was super helpful with all my questions. Hannah was eager to assist us with anything we needed. the rooms were VERY CLEAN and matched the photos online. The breakfast was a variety of egg options and was filling. We had the floating breakfast and absolutely loved it. Great stay!
If using maps, just use botany villa. It's a more accurate description.
Location was perfect & staff were amazing & very helpful
there was nothing we did not like, however a suggestion would be for a generator to be installed, so that the fans in the rooms could be used, when electricity if off for a long period of time

Perfect Location ! And Breakfast was good, meet my expectations, also excursions prices were not over charged, some where even cheaper than elsewhere. So, perfect for someone single, couple, family or groups ! Everything under one umbrella. Most importantly, location and value for money with pleasant staff.

Hit ac not working
We had another perfect weekend in Botany Villas. The place is very clean and the staff is great.
Semi modern - pool is nice
AC doesn’t work - they said it happens regularly and blamed it on rolling power outages throughout the area. We went to another hotel, AC worked fine all day.
Location is more like a 15+ min walk from the beach (fyi)
The place was really clean and well maintained, like a brand new place. The rooms were big. The pool was so nice. The staff could not been any nicer. We really enjoyed our stay there.
