Cuidado com o desnivel dos quartos, peçam fotos antes!
Pros:

Ficamos na semana anterior também aqui, como parte do pacote do safari que compramos. O quarto era ótimo, apenas o restaurante que era muito bagunçado e claramente com pouca gente pra ajudar. A simpatia e prestatividade do funcionário da recepção (Safael ou algo assim) foi o que mais nos encantou e a visita dos macacos nos arredores do hotel!

Cons:

Quando voltamos no hotel, por conta própria, colocaram eu e minha esposa num quarto minúsculo, duas camas de solteiro. O banheiro parecia banheiro de prisão, com a pia dentro do boxe a a privada do lado do boxe, aí a luz queimou e tive que tomar banho no escuro e tomar cuidado com a pia. A cozinha continuou uma bagunça, mas dessa vez pedimos pizza para não depender deles, já que estávamos cansado pela volta do safari.

Well tended garden. Very nice place and friendly staff. Nice to have a restaurant at the hotel.

Nice breakfast, good service. Very helpful and friendly staff. I liked the restaurant. The garden was very nice, we did not use the pool because unfortunately the weather was not nice enough

Disappointing
Pros:

It was the hotel our safari tour included for the first night of our safari, so that was the only reason we stayed one more night on the end of our safari. So, a point for the convenience. The guy on the reception was nice and welcoming. The monkeys on the trees around the hotel were fun to watch.

Cons:

Very simple hotel. Pillows and mattresses were terrible. Bathroom outdated, shower weak. Restaurant was the worse we had in our hole trip: extremely poor service, we asked in advance for our meal to be ready at 8PM, it came to our table at 9:30 PM and it was tasteless.

A nice respite before and after safari
Pros:

The property is behind secured gates and has beautiful greenery all around it. Some mornings and evening monkeys will come out and provide some great entertainment. It was in a quiet area for Arusha. We did our laundry after Safari and it was very clean and fresh. My kids enjoyed the pool despite it being rather cool out. Internet worked well

Cons:

The menu is simple and it can take a while for food. But that’s pretty common for Arusha. Not very close to the airport. Hot water could be a bit spotty.
