​The lodge is a small, family-run gem, and you can feel the personal touch in everything they do. Our room was comfortable, featuring a terrace right on the ocean. Being situated on the rocky coastline provided stunning views and a unique, tranquil atmosphere.

J’ai eu un réel coup de cœur pour cet hôtel familial à taille humaine.
Environnement sauvage et calme où l’on peut se reposer.
L’accueil a été top et chaleureux. Le bungalow était très confortable.
La nourriture était de très bonne qualité et bonne avec une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui était tout simplement délicieux et copieux.
L’équipe était gentille, souriante, serviable.
Je garderai un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation. J’y retournerai bien d’ailleurs. Réservez les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Viskas nuostabu. Vaizdas iš balkono tiesiog stulbinantis, nuostabūs atoslūgiai, per juos galima maudytis turkio spalvos vandenyne nedidelėse salelėse, mangrovės krante nuostabios, saulėlydžiai pasakiški. O maistas tikrai fantastiškas. Labai gaila, kad buvome per trumpai.

Within 24 hours we were in chill mode, I think this had a lot to do with how remote the location is, just you and nature. Nearest village is a 20 min walk or you can easily get a taxi. Staff are amazing and the food is incredibly good. If you need rest and recuperation then this is the place.

Petit établissement de charme dans un cadre magnifique, une vue sur l'océan imprenable, la gentillesse du personnel, un petit déjeuner extraordinaire (presque un brunch), une très bonne restauration à un prix très raisonnable, une piscine où on peut vraiment nager... et enfin, le calme... on s'y sentait bien. Une très bonne expérience ! Nous avons passé notre séjour dans un bungalow côté jardin, le type de construction traditionnelle permet de rester relativement "au frais" (pas d'airco, les ventilateurs suffisent largement).

This was one of those rare places where our rating simply kept going up with every night spent there. We started at 10, and after almost two weeks we honestly wished we could give 20.
Everything about our stay was exceptional.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sitting area, a great bed, excellent-quality linens and pillows, a working desk, a fridge, a fan and a lovely terrace. The view was absolutely stunning. Every day we received fresh drinking water, and having our own coffee machine with daily free teas and coffees was a perfect touch.
The location was exactly what we were looking for - quiet, peaceful, surrounded by nature, yet still walkable to the nearest village. The hotel sits on a cliff with an unforgettable sea view. During high tide the scenery reminded us a bit of Croatia (which we love). The garden is beautiful, full of different trees and plants, and the pool area is excellent, especially, when the tide is low. I even managed to do some fishing from the cliff (bring your own fishing rod if you want to try!)
The food was absolutely outstanding. Breakfasts were varied and generous with fruits, an à-la-carte item and a daily surprise such as bruschetta or another local or international snack. We also had dinners there, and the chef created truly divine dishes every single evening. Whether it was something local or international, everything was exceptionally tasty. There was also a daily special on top of the regular menu, and we wanted to try it all because the food was simply that good.
And finally, the people. The staff made our stay unforgettable. Hauwa and Brenda were wonderful and always a joy to talk to. The chef definitely deserves a Michelin star in the future. The Maasai team was friendly and reliable, and the cleaning ladies were the sweetest. And of course, the biggest thanks go to the charming hosts, Frida and Ben, and their lovely children.

Cudowny pobyt w dudownym miejscu- lokalizacja zachwyca, obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, pokoje wygodne. Jedzenie i koktajle przygotowywane z niezwykłą starannością. Najlepszy hotel w jakim byliśmy z moim mężem na Zanzibarze. Widać, że włożone jest tam dużo serca i zaangażowania. Pływanie w kameralnym basenie przy zachodzie słońca wspominam do dzisiaj. Dziękujemy za cudowny pobyt!

Great location..lovely friendly staff..great brekkie and delicious local dinner dishes..I didn’t use pool as sea is so warm when tide is in ..they did a great Christmas Eve buffet dinner and local dancing for the guests including a Christmas tree which was such a lovely touch ..owners have thought of everything ..coffee machine is a great bonus in the room and the crisps are delicious..girls come in and turn down the bed and set up the nets ..the bathroom was huge and had a very tropical feel ..I had a massage 2 days which was amazing ..was sad to leave

Relaxing and romantic place to stay at during a few days. They only have a few rooms which makes the place calm and quiet. There are a lot of seating areas, it never felt crowded or even near it. Not much to do though but relaxing, we stayed for 3 nights which was perfect for us.

We enjoyed looking out over the sea at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful location.

Great staff, I particularly liked the girl who worked in the bar/restaurant, she was always happy and humerous and made me really tasty "thickshakes"!

Een fantastische kleinschalige accommoda
tie op een unieke locatie. Houd je van rust, natuur en uitzonderlijk lekker eten, dan zit je hier helemaal goed. Alles wordt vers bereid en dat proef je. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en betrokken. De communicatie is helder, de service klantgericht en de gastvrijheid oprecht. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en komen hier heel graag nog eens terug.

Bellissima posizione. Con le alte maree ci si fa un bel bagno, mentre con la bassa marea si possono fare splendide passeggiate in cerca di stelle marine. Il cibo era ottimo e abbondante. Ci siamo trovati proprio bene.
