Гарний готель, привітний персонал,в номері було чисто, тепло.Дуже зручно, що на першому поверсі є маркет.

З + не поганий інтернет( як в якому номері) і дали тапочки коли попросили)

В кімнаті був дуже поганий запах, також запах від холодильника. Шумоізоляція жахлива, вночі було чути як люди відпочивають у спа. Вентиляція в ванній кімнаті не вимикалася. На коридорі також вона працювала ще гучніше, спати було неможливо. На рецепції сказали що нічого зараз зробити не можуть, і лиш на наступний день пересилили в інший номер. День перед виселенням перепитали чи можемо виселитися трішки пізніше, на що нам сказали ,,так, думаю 30 хв- 1 год ні на що не вплине, лиш повідомте в день виселення на рецепції,, , але інший співробітник сказав що це не можливо.

Cons:

Готель потребує осучаснення. Немає генератору. Відсутні сніданки і ресторан взагалі не працює. Довелось скористатися дуже брудною праскою, якою зіпсувала білу сорочку. В готелі було досить прохолодно.

Pros:

Номер чистий та просторний. Вікна в підлогу. Персонал ввічливий.

Cons:

Дуже холодно. Зверталась до адміністрації, говорили, що система качає. З 3х ночі від холоду неможливо було спати. З 5 ти поїхали машини. Готель біля загруженої дороги. Хто хоче спати, вам не сюди. Окремі моменти до шумоізоляції.

Неякісне прибирання
Pros:

Локація, приємний Адміністратор, чиста постіль, в номері хоч і було відсутнє світло згідно графіку було тепло

Cons:

Прибирання ніяке, в кожному куті грязь, дзеркало не витирали місяцями, світла немає (попередили вже при заїзді) рушники старі знищені, спинка ліжка з білого шкір. замінника, вже жовта і потребує клінінгу, wifi дуже повільний, мабуть головне що розчарувало це чистота номерів

Сподобалось розташування готелю. Гарно, чисто, дуже тепло в номері. Привітний персонал. Приїхали раніше до часу заселення, персонал дозволив заселитись в номер. По виїзді також дозволили залишити речі, до відправлення.
Також приємним бонусом є супермаркет на першому поверсі.
