Pros:

Зручне розташування, тихий район в середні двору, хоча і трохи далеченько від зупинки, але то не критично.
Дуже привітна дівчинка-адміністратор.
Доволі ситні сніданки.
Тиха атмосфера.

Cons:

Прибирання в кімнаті не дуже якісне: на телевізорі і на столі за телевізором пил, кондиціонер теж брудний всередині пил товстим шаром аж видно, коли включений.
