Холодильник на одну ніч!
Cons:

Зрозуміло що оцінка суб'єктивна і пов'язана з вимкненням світла, але маючи власну котельню і не зробити щоб в номерах було тепло, щоб спати в одязі (носки, кофта, штани). Не говорячи що спа-отель басейн в якому 19 градусів!! Зате світло в коридорі.

Pros:

Сподобався привітний персонал.В номері була тепла підлога,що було дуже приємно,бо перед тим замерзла.Басейн був комфортної температури.Загалом ціна відповідає якості.Досить непогано.Повернулася б ще раз .

Cons:

Трохи потребує ремонту.Підвіконник весь облущений.Сауна була недостатньо розігріта.Друга сауна не працювала,там було просто тепло.Зранку трохи змерзли,тепла підлога вже не працювала.

Pros:

В перший день увечорі в басейні загубили коштовну річ. Настрій це зіпсувало ще як. Повідомили наступного дня адміністрації. В той же день нам повернули загублене. Дякуємо за порядність персоналу пансіонату.

Pros:

Готель розташований поруч з вокзалами, це плюс. Але мінусів досить багато.

Cons:

У номерах не вистачає розеток, перехідник біля холодильника жахливий. Першого дня нам не видали халатів для СПА, розумію, що високий сезон, але ж ми платили, як інші. А на свята ціни справді вищі. Подушки не зручні, були прямо крики, що врешті спала без подушки. На диван в одній з кімнат дали маленьке простирадло, що навіть не змогла застелити дитині все. З плюсів - вода у басейні тепла, прямо комфортна. Сауни теж працювали. Готелю є куди рости і робити вчасні висновки.

Дуже гріла підлога у вітальні, було б чудово, якби можна регулювати температуру, бо на дворі не було морозів. І як для мене (не маленького) замала душова

Хороший отель
Pros:

Дуже привітний та старанний персонал. Чисто, є посуд в номерах люкс. Басейн чистий та достатньо великий. Ми з чоловіком декілька днів працювали і нам дуже сподобались окремі кімнати в люксі. В фойє є кавомашина та мікрохвильовка. Хороший інтернет в корпусі Гранд. До центру пішки хвилин 15. Отель дружній до тварин. Наш песик був в захваті від привітального печива.

Cons:

Треба бути готовими, що сауни маленькі та очищення води в басейні досить агресивними засобами. І взимку у лісі біля готелю не дуже погуляєш.
