Огромная благодарность администрации. Мы приехали в 6,3 утра а в 7,00 мы были уже в номере! Спасибо! Соотношение цена -качество. Мы были под закрытия сезона, почти никого не было, но СПА нам включили и за это спасибо. До центра минут 15 пешком.

Щира подяка адміністраторору, яка дозволила виселення о 13:00 замість 11:00.

Cons:

Сам готель не поганий, але не дуже сподобалося що у номері було не дуже прибрано після попередніх гостей (запишки їжі швидкого приготування, пляшки з під напоїв) на рушниках, халатах та постілі були руді плями. Сніданки скромні але смачні. Балкон виходив в стіну, таке собі задоволення....

Cons:

Прибирання номера незадовільне — щоразу потрібно окремо нагадувати, що саме слід прибрати. Обслуговування в ресторані дуже повільне: очікування замовлення триває 40–50 хвилин. Також у меню часто відсутні деякі страви.

Все дуже чудо. Спа прекрасне, дівчина на рецепшині привітна і мила. Сніданки чудові. В номерах чисто. Від душі рекомендую.
Від готеля до центру Буковелю весь час їздять автобуси туди і назад, біля готелю є Оренда спорядження зі знижкою для мешканців готелю. Біля готелю є магазинчики аптеки і тп.

В спа отсутствует видеонаблюдение по всей видимости. Пропали наши халаты и полотенце. На просьбу показать видео, администратор отказала
