Pros:

Хороший номер, чисто, постельное белье безупречное. Очень хороший ресторан, вкусные завтраки и блюда по меню) Очень приятный персонал отеля)

Cons:

Не было одноразовый тапочек в номере, продают по 30 гривен 😂. , что очень удивило). Фен в номере не заявлен, но можно взять без проблем на первом этаже.

Номер - це коридор влітку. Запах бані в номері. Мурахи в ліжку. Персонал... якийсь непривітний.

Не варте своїх грошей, абсолютно жахливе ставлення керівництва до людей. Персонал кухні класні)
Cons:

Погано вимита ванна, волосся на лійці в душі, пліснява у ванній та запах плісняви після використання душу. Кондиціонер лише дує, він не охолоджує. Дуже душно та волого на другому поверсі, в будівлі однозначно проблеми з вентиляцією. Адміністрація не вирішує проблеми. Влаштувати гучний випускний, що в номері неможливо знаходитися через шум та музику і пропонувати потерпіти до комендантської години, бо «це не їх проблеми, що нам гучно») виселитися і повернути кошти відмовилися, директорка готелю в цей момент танцювала на тому ж випускному за дверима в 10 метрах. Гроші не повернули, бо «чому ви звернулися лише ввечері, вранці вам було нормально». Але вранці не було вечірки
