Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
For childrens from 10 to 14 years, the Local SPA opened from 10:00 to 14:00.

Please note that the hotel will contact you directly regarding the prepayment of your reservation. Prepayment should be made within 2 days after booking. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation in case the deposit has not been transferred.

HAY boutique hotel & spa by Edem Family takes care that the stay of guests and their pets is comfortable and at the same time does not cause discomfort to other hotel guests. Please note that, unfortunately, the hotel does not accept cats. When staying at the Hotel with a pet, a cash deposit in the amount of EUR 500 to EUR 1,200, depending on the size of the pet, is required for possible risks of damage to hotel property. In the absence of damages, after the end of the stay in the Complex, the deposit is returned. In case of causing more deep damage, the guest is obliged to pay for all the damage caused.

Classification of pets by size: - Small dog breeds (spitz, chihuahua, toy terrier, dachshund, etc.) – 500 EUR; - Medium breeds of dogs (Chow Chow, Sharpei, Poodle, etc.) – 800 EUR; - Large breeds of dogs (Labrador, Shepherd, Husky, etc.) – 1200 EUR. In addition to the amount specified in the previous item, pay UAH 3,500 as a one-time payment for general cleaning, which is carried out by a hotel employee after the departure of a guest living with pets while preparing the room for the next guest. The price also includes a bed, napkins and dishes.

Rules for the stay of your little pets in the hotel:
1. In the guest areas of the hotel, your furry friend must be in your arms/on a leash, not run around the guest areas and not be left alone without supervision;
2. Do not leave your friends alone in the room - they will miss you;
3. Guests who come to the hotel with pets undertake not to allow their pets to mark green areas on the hotel territory, as well as furniture, curtains, walls in the hotel premises;
4. The guest is obliged to ensure the absence of a pet during the cleaning of the room by the hotel staff or carrying out repair work in the room.
