Задоволені що обрали саме це місце
Pros:

Дуже сподобалось що погодились на заселення раніше (хоч і за доплату але невелику) , а також після попередніх мешканців була зламана ніжка столу то прийшли і полагодили ( перед тим уточнили чи нам буде зручно) , звичайно гарний вид з вікна ( 23 поверх) а також ввічлива консєржка яка детально пояснила за всі ключі і ліфт , в номері було все необхідне.

Cons:

Звукоізоляція було чути сусідів але так майже скрізь …, при зачиненому вікні шум з вулиці не заважав.

Наступного разу це помешкання буде в пріоритеті
Pros:

Гарне помешкання. Чисте. Зручне ліжко. Зручні меблі. Просто шикарний краєвид з вікна. Єдиній недолік - холодильник тришки шумний, но на фоні білістики та мопедів - не самий відволікаючий фактор

Вид з вікна гарний, гарне розташування, заселення без проблем, кондер

Cons:

Номер потребує косметичного ремонту, місцями відклеєні шпалери, немає москітних сіток на вікнах, тхне вода з бойлера, ну і найдивніше - ТАРГАНИ У ВБИРАЛЬНІ🤨🤨🤢🤢🤢

Зручне розташування, співвідношення ціна-якість
Pros:

Зручне розташування, неймовірний вид з вікна, безконтактне поселення, у номері є все необхідне, поруч гарна інфраструктура.

Cons:

Особисто для мене: 23 поверх - це все ж занадто високо, було шумно від дороги.
