Вид з вікна гарний, гарне розташування, заселення без проблем, кондер

Cons:

Номер потребує косметичного ремонту, місцями відклеєні шпалери, немає москітних сіток на вікнах, тхне вода з бойлера, ну і найдивніше - ТАРГАНИ У ВБИРАЛЬНІ🤨🤨🤢🤢🤢

Зручне розташування, співвідношення ціна-якість
Pros:

Зручне розташування, неймовірний вид з вікна, безконтактне поселення, у номері є все необхідне, поруч гарна інфраструктура.

Cons:

Особисто для мене: 23 поверх - це все ж занадто високо, було шумно від дороги.

Cons:

Запах каналізації і цигарок, також ми не були попереджені про 18 поверх, в умовах які зараз в Україні це важливо проговорювати. Після перебування адміністратор написав з претензіями щодо перебування, хоча в квартирі все було ціле і неушкоджене, а прибирати і мити посуд ми не повинні.
