Дуже привітний персонал, йшли на зустріч і по ранньому заселенню і по зберіганню на декілька годин чемоданів при виїзді. Наявність номерів в полупідвальному поверху є великою перевагою в наш час.
Було б добре повісити штори на вікна. Рано просинались через схід сонця.

The hotel is located in the city centre. Despite being central, the hotel itself is in the quiet courtyard. The room is large, with a comfortable bed. I highly recommend Incognito i if you want to stay for a couple of nights in a safe and cosy room, close to museums, opera, cafes and restaurants, botanical gardens.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. I arrived earlier than planned and they checked me in (which was such a bonus, as I spent the night on the train and wanted to rest and take a shower).

Great location, room has everything you may need: slippers, robe, iron and towel dryer in bathroom.
Soundproofing through the door was poor, but overall it was quiet, you could only hear when someone in the hall.

We stayed in 2 different standard rooms within a short period of time. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The place is located in the center city. The rooms are in the semi-basement, therefore it is quiet and feels very safe even now.
Warm water in the shower is enough just for one person. Then, you have to wait a bit (not along time but can be annoying if you're in a rush).
It's wartime Kyiv, so the basement room was a plus. It had many amenities, including a kettle, fridge, and huge bathtub. The price was really, really good. They also allowed generous check-in and check-out times.
The location is really good. We had a car, so the free parking spot was a plus. It's close enough to the main road that it's easy-in, easy-out. The location is close to a metro stop and a short walk to the very center of the city.
For the price, the location and facilities were top-notch.
If I had to complain about something (and this is not a real complaint): the elevator is a tad small.
