La proximité de Chichen Itza, l’accueil et l’espace piscine juste devant la chambre.

Cons:

Super !
Pros:

Super accueil, à seulement 5min de chichen itza, très bon rapport qualité prix difficile de faire mieux. Piscine et lieux très bien entretenus.

Cons:

Manquerait peut être un petit déjeuner mais on le savait à la réservation donc nous avions anticipé

Portail fermé même s’il y avait de la place pour garer la voiture. Résultat obligé d’attendre 13 ou14h. C’est dommage car pas grand chose à faire en ville si on arrive le matin.

To visit chitchen itza there is no more convenient place!

Cons:

We where told there was a breakfast possibility but there was not.
During the day the put on the pumps of the pool, these an awful lot of noise... so ok if you visit Chitchen Itza, but not OK is you want to relax near the pool in the afternoon.

Great location- 25 min walk away from Chichen Itza. Lovely staff- really helpful and helped us book taxis, made recommendations etc. Lovely pool area and free coffee

Pros:

5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den Ruinen. Strategisch hervorragend, um gleich früh dort zu sein!
Pool war auch schön.

A beautiful stay near Chichen Itza with exceptional hospitality
Pros:

We stayed at Casa Victoria for one night while visiting Chichen Itza, and it turned out to be a great choice. The location is ideal, less than a 10-minute drive, which made getting to the site very easy.

We booked the suite, and it was absolutely beautiful. The building itself is very tastefully done, and the interiors are thoughtfully decorated with a really lovely finish. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and everything worked well — strong air conditioning, good hot water, and reliable Wi-Fi. There is also a small kitchenette, which was quite handy for heating up food.

What really stood out was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They helped arrange a tour for us, and our guide, Jaime, was fantastic. He picked us up directly from the hotel and had already arranged the tickets in advance, so we could skip the queues and go straight in, which saved a lot of time. Throughout the visit, he explained each temple and point of interest in a clear and engaging way, breaking down the iconography and its meaning so it was easy to follow. What really stood out was how he brought everything to life — especially the Mayan calendar and how the main temple aligns with it. He used photos and simple animations on his iPad to show this visually, which made it much more meaningful than just listening to an explanation. He was extremely friendly, spoke excellent English, and also took some lovely photos for us, which he later shared.

The hotel also arranged taxis whenever we needed them, which made getting around very easy. On our checkout day, we left our luggage at reception, went for our morning visit to Chichen Itza, and then returned later in the day. They were very accommodating and even allowed us to relax by the pool while we waited for our bus.

Overall, a very comfortable and well-run place with outstanding service. Would definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Chichen Itza.
