Чисто, вкусно и комфортно
Pros:

В очередной раз отдыхали в этом комплексе. Здесь всегда чистые просторные номера (даже стандарт), вкусные завтраки, очень хорошая и чистая спа-зона, приветливый персонал.

Це був просто супер відпочинок і релакс!!! Зручні, комфортні номери, якісні послуги у спа, і дуже смачно в ресторані! Однозначно рекомендую! Ми повернемося обов'язково!))) Велике дякую! Отель чудовий!! Персонал привітний, якщо є запитання - відразу все пояснять і допоможуть. Гарні номери, все чисто. В номері є холодильник, чайник, чай, цукор - приємно. Ванна велика, вода гаряча завжди.

Обожнюю це спа ,завжди їздила на відпочинок на день ,але вирішила поїхати з ночівлею ,місце чудове ,спа супер
Проживали у віллі А . Адміністратор Людмила неймовірна жінка ,людина яка знаходиться на своєму місці) Давно не зустрічала такого приємного персоналу в готелі ,(надіюсь це помітить керівництво😁) обов’язково приїжджатиму ще . Сніданки теж дуже круті. Вибір великий та і загалом їжа в ресторані супер. Повернусь не раз. Щиро рекомендую

Big choice of spa activities.
Nice outdoor pool.

Cons:

Dinner meal could be better.
We had to wait for beds near the pool for about 25 minutes and they never were delivered. Fortunately other guests left and we were able to pick up their beds.
The lady at the bar was really not friendly, but the guy who served our table was quick, nice and efficient.

Pros:

У нас виникла складна ситуація (за день до заїзду шахед пошкодив мій будинок) і не було де залишити дочку, не дивзячись на те що ми бронювали для овох осіб нам дали номер для трьох і не взяли додаткової плати ні за місце ні за СПА ні за сніданок.
СПА - класне, багато різних видів саун.
Сніданок - доволі різнованітний, мені і родині вистачило.
