Ціна була не адекватна з 21.08-24.08. І номер як по мені не відповідав цим коштам, все інше супер

Персонал, чистота готелю.

Cons:

Не сподобалось ціна номеру, він не відповідає, душ грієтся довго не зручний митися, вода в туалеті дуже громко набираєтся, списання коштів було до заселення , заселення в 14.00, списали в 8.00 при чем я не зрозуміла за що, бо назва була інша, без нагадування просто списали з рахунку.

В целом все было бы хорошо, но осадок остался обилия воды в душе и созерцания загрязненности слива в душевой.
Pros:

Уютный номер, тихая локация, прекрасный спа комплекс.

Cons:

Слив в душе был забит и не работал, весь пол в ванной был в воде после приема душа. Под раковиной тоже капала вода. Воду убрали быстро, сантехника обещали через 20 минут, хотя неисправность была простейшая и нужно было просто убрать комки волос в сливе и с этим любой справится.

Гарний номер, територія, ресторан

Cons:

Не сподобалось, що рушники тепер стали платні, про це ніхто не попередив. Як з одним рушником застеляти лавку в сауні, в хахамі і чим потім витиратись після басейну чи чим застелити шезлонг.
Ну і в загальному ресепшн був не особливо привітний.
Сніданки стали менш смачні.
Розтягнуті браслети дають, він спадав з руки дружини, але його постійно треба з собою носити бо треба відкривати двері в спа або до басейну.
