In the middle of a building site.
Cons:

If you look on google maps satellite view you will see that this hotel is, literally, in the middle of a building site. The work goes on 24 hours a day. There is a constant line of trucks taking away the sand. The air is almost unbreathable because of the dust. The walk to the metro station involves being dangerously close to heavy construction machinery - in one case walking under the hydraulic legs of a crane. When a car came to take us to the airport it had difficulty getting past trucks. That was at 0330 in the morning!
The hotel should not stay open in these conditions.

تعامل موظفين الاستقبال خصوصا في اختيار الغرفه مع التاكيد عليه في ذلك وعدم مصداقيته عند سؤاله هل تم تجديد الفندق خلال وقت قريب وافاد بنعم مع العلم اني اشوفه نفس وضعه قبل 7 سنوات

Good place to stay for a short visit. Nice, clean and comfortable room.
