Pros:

Location was perfect 200m away from masjid al nabawi and the general manager was very kind and friendly.

Cons:

When I reached around 1 45 pm the receptionist was not friendly she come at 4 pm then you will get the room after I reach around 4 20 pm after asar prayer no receptionist was not due to change of shift about 30 minutes then I complained to general manager he was very kind he apologized and give the card of my room.

IT WAS A GREAT STAY AND WE HOPE TO GO THERE AGAIN
Pros:

EVERYTHING IN THE HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL STARTING FROM THE LOCATION TO THE STAFF AND THE CLEANLINESS. THE LOCATION IS VERY NEAR TO HARAM AND THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND, ESPECIALLY SOFIAN ONE OF THE STAFF RESPONSIBLE FOR ROOM SERVICE, HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ACTIVE AND THE RECEPTION STAFF AND ALL THE ADMINISTRATION STAFF WERE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL,

Over all It was good , Alhamdolillah.
Pros:

Excellent location for salam at roza of Prophet (PBUH) but to get behind or in line with imam for jamat its a bit far and long walk , and for females its little more far as compared to men.

Cons:

No restaurant , no option for seher and aftar.
