الأثاث والفرش قديم ويحتاج لتغيير.. الإزعاج عالي بشكل لا يُطاق..
وتم طلب تغيير الجناح واعتذرت الموظفة بحجة أن الفندق لا يوجد به مكان متاح نهائياً!! وبعد وصول موظف أعلى منها قامت بتغيير الجناح!
أعتقد أن كذب الموظفة غير مبرر وغير لائق أو احترافي.
الفندق بحاجة لهدم كامل وإعادة بناء وتوظيف من جديد.
