Pros:

The staff was really nice, there is a room for ski equipment, the breakfast si very good, but you have to order it

Cons:

The road to the resort is a little bit difficult, especially if it s snowing it gets slippery, it is 2 ways but just 1 lane

Чудово, повернусь ще!
Pros:

В першу чергу, хотіла б відзначити персонал, дівчинка з рецепції любʼязно приносила воду та колу по запиту в номер, бо захворіла «ротовірусом», і, в цілому, дуже привітна, як і в ресторані. Готель знаходиться хоч і недалеко від першого підйомника, але вгорку, я це бачила по мапі, тому питань до місцерозташування не було, також якщо скористатися партнерським прокатом, то вони надають трансфер вниз до підйомника, і знижечку:)
Години на джакузі хватило з головою, везло обрати комфортний для себе час, після катання — те що треба!
Номери простенькі, але відповідають фото, мені було комфортно.

Cons:

Мінуси несуттєві, але для покращення сервісу напишу:
Їжа в ресторані смачна ( хоча дерунів не було жодного дня 🥲), вибір трохи скудний.
Те ж саме стосується сніданків, але, враховуючи, дуже адекватне ціноутворення мені було ок.
Лижна кімната дуже маленька, для борда тільки два відсіки, де один навпроти стіни, важкодоступний, якщо вдруг бордистів побільшає, то де зберігати спорядження, щоб залишки снігу не стікали на підлогу — не зрозуміло 👀

В загальному враження хороше, на вході привітна дівчина адміністратор, сніданок-шведська лінія, вибір не великий але сма
Pros:

Номер чистий, привітний персонал, дуже класне джакузі на вулиці, гарний ресторан , хороший сніданок-шведський стіл

Cons:

Дуже малий вибір в меню в ресторані, на обід і вечерю ходили в інші заклади
Можливо це повʼязано з тим що не велика кількість туристів

Це було незабутньо!😍
Pros:

Як тільки відчинила двері та переступила поріг у Graal , мої перші слова були: « Вауу це наче куточок раю!» Щиро дякуємо команді Graal за теплий прийом, затишок у готелі та неймовірний заряд енергії.
Краса готелю закохує з першого погляду.Неймовірно смачні сніданки.Теплий басейн та джакузі з видом на гори! Дякуємо, що створюєте для людей атмосферу гармонії та справжнього відпочинку.
Саме у Graal вдається по-справжньому відключитися від щоденних турбот і реалій.
Місце, куди хочеться повертатись ☀️
